  Dale, I am sorry that you cannot suggest our company as a roofing resource. We have been in business here in Wichita Falls, TX since 1955. We do consider ourselves a valuable roofing resource for Texoma in commercial and residential roofing. When your partner emailed us on Tuesday 9/10/24 in the afternoon, we were not made aware there was a timeframe for when the estimate was needed by. When I received your partner's email Friday 9/13/24 morning, I responded back within less than 30 minutes. In the email sent to us it stated, "I need to have this quote by end of business day today 09/13/2024. If your company can not complete this request, let me know and I will find another company.” In response to your partner’s email, I stated that we were not able to accommodate his request to have an estimate to him by the end of day, due to all owners/estimators being in annual training for 3 days (Wed, Thurs & Fri). I did apologize in a responding email for our lack of initial communication, as well. As you may realize, roofing is different for each building and home. We do not provide ballpark estimates for any potential project, as every roof is different. Even if given the measurements of a roof, there are still missing components. This is one reason why we physically view each potential project that we provide estimates on. This protects us and the customer from unknown issues, potentially increasing costs for the customer and/or us, as well as the current conditions of the roof system. This is all to protect you as an owner and us as a roofing contractor. I hope you can understand that we do take our business seriously, and we hope that you and your partner will be able to find another local roofing company to assist you with your needs.   Called Freddie 3 weeks ago about a leak and still haven't heard from him, will never use them again! It's been over a month and a half, thanks for taking my money and never calling. If I could leave no stars I would. Do yourself a favor don't use local business get real contractors from out of town!!

  Mr. Barry, I apologize that you were not able to get in contact with Freddie. Did you happen to reach out to our office? I do not show that we have any missed messages or leaks called in for your property in our office. We completed your roof for you back in 2019. We carry our standard 2-year workmanship warranties on every roof we install. This means that if you notify us in a timely manner when a leak appears, we will come out and make repairs at no cost to you. If you are outside of the 2-year warranty window, as you are, then we will provide you with an estimate to complete the repairs. I am not sure what your statement about using real contractors from out of town is about, as we have many real local roofing contractors right here in Wichita Falls.   Wonderful to work with. Roof got done quickly and professionally and the roofers communicated with me in a friendly way and took care to clean up thoroughly. Will be recommending to others.

  My husband and I were very impressed with Katie and her team. There were some ordering issues but Katie kept us up to date and even put in temporary vents until ours came in. She was extremely responsive, nice, and the work done was excellent. Will be using her again in the future if when we need it. Very highly recommend!
