  Dangerous, unlawful driving. This company truck refused to merge and occupied one lane with me. He sped fast past other cars to push me off the lane. Dangerous drivers.

  I absolutely do NOT recommend using this company. I used them to do my roof less than 4 years ago and now have a leak which they refuse to fix without paying them. Roof warranties are for at least 10 years. Not to mention they were not …

  Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We take all customer concerns seriously and would like to clarify the situation for accuracy and transparency. Your roof was inspected after you contacted us following a named hurricane that produced high winds in our area. Our assessment determined that the damage was consistent with wind-related storm damage, not a workmanship or installation issue. As outlined in our contract, post-storm or hurricane-related damage is not covered under our workmanship warranty, as these events are considered acts of nature and fall outside of warranty coverage. Our workmanship warranty does remain in effect for covered labor-related issues, and we always stand behind our work when a verified installation issue is present. In this case, however, the damage was not related to the original installation. We did offer to assist with repairs outside of warranty coverage, which would require payment, or to help guide you on next steps such as contacting your insurance provider. We regret that you were dissatisfied with this outcome, but we acted in accordance with the signed contract and standard roofing industry practices. We wish you the best moving forward and appreciate the opportunity to clarify this matter for future readers.

  So my landlord has chose this company to redo our roof. The guys that came look like they just got out of prison. My house is trashed on the side and my backyard, they don't pick up after themselves at all. Waterbottles, circle k cups , trash from the material is thrown everywhere .You would think they would pick up after themselves. So i called the company up to get them to remove their generator and compressor from my front door walk way because all I smell is gas and oil. I'm 4 months pregnant and also have 1 year old child . My house is very small and the smell going through the the whole house and upsetting our stomach .They send 1 guy out and instead of moving the equipment far away from my front door he puts it right next to it! I'm watching him on my cameras and had to go and tell him no ? You need to get it far away from my door please , the smell is making me sick . He had the worst attitude like I ruined his day. I don't care what his attitude problem is this is my house and your disrespectful towards it and my health.

  I appreciate your reply. However just because the majority of the guys working on this particular roof were African American and Hispanic doesn't give you a right to label them in such a hateful way. There is a certain amount of gas powered equipment used on these jobs. I'm sure it didn't help that simultaneously there was a tree Service company cutting 60ft oak in front of your door and dropping everything on your side of the yard making it impassable to clean until the tree waste was removed. I truly apologize for your difficulties.

  This is the first time I have ever submitted any type of online complaint but thought I would save everyone the trouble of dealing with Ark Roofing. We hired them to do our roof in early 2017 and it has been a nightmare. While doing the job, their workers got a significant amount of tar on our white siding and tried to cover it up with spray paint. We withheld full payment until they came back to fix the siding (it was in writing) which to this day (April 2018) they have yet to fix our siding. Additionally, we found a leak less than 6 months after they did our roof and the owner of the company came by to look at it and never fixed it. We recently had another rain storm and the same leak appeared so we called him again and he refuses to come fix it by fabricating a story about how our house was sold and the warranty is not transferable - not sure how my house could be sold without my knowledge. There is plenty more to complain about (debris left in all of our gutters, etc.) but please save yourself the trouble and find another roofing company to do your job.

  Please reach out to us and we will be glad to figure out what happened. If everything you posted is true then you would be covered by state and federal laws and you seem to be quite detriment. Enough at least so as to post this. I do not have any memory or documentation that comes close to a problem this horrific. Please call or text me on my personal line 7277935161.   Ark came highly recommended by our contractor. We were so hopeful that the work would be done well as they were also our highest bidder. Our roof is not completed to code. The inspector said our roof had too many problems to list them all.

  I dont see hows that is possible. Every roof gets a permit pulled and requires a in progress inspection. If your inspector found all these issues then any homeowner can call and point out the issue that may have not been noticed by the inspector the first time. In which case the local government building inspectors would require us to fix any out of code violations.

  We got water into the house through the hood. When the owner of ARK ROOFING and I went up to the roof, we saw a sad picture of the condition of the roof of the house. It was a nice decision to completely replace the entire roof, they did everything very quickly and efficiently and most importantly, inexpensive, now we have a new roof and we pay less for electricity since they also insulated it. I highly recommend this company.

  I have only good things to say about Ark Roofing. They redid my roof with a modest crew in a few days and the quality of the craftsmanship from the team was exceptional. The roof went through hurricanes Helene and Milton last year with no leaks or lost shingles. Vlad’s quote was quite a bit lower than the other 3 places I called in town and the work was perfectly done. What more could I ask for.

  We had quality and reliable service from Ark Roofing in Pinellas Park. We received a quote on the same day that we called. The work was completed within a week. We received before/after pictures along with a prompt confirmation of completion. Thank you Mr. Vladimir & team for a great customer experience.
