  [Update - 2/7/2024]: Stay away from this company! My biggest fear has come true. When researching roofing companies, I read horror stories about people having leak issues after replacing their roof. I'm now living one of those horror stories. We discovered this weekend that we have black mold in my daughter's room, which means it's been leaking for a while. Called a disaster recovery company to investigate. They found moisture in the walls. I called this company as they offered a ten year warranty after installation telling them we discovered a leak and I was worried about all the rain coming this week. I was pleased they sent a couple guys out fairly quickly. They found a hole in the mortar at a peak near the leak area and some cracks along tiles that butt to the house. They sealed those and left. Never went up on the second level to check anything. Later that day, I get another call from them saying they want to send out a supervisor. He came out yesterday and found another "couple concerning areas", including a big crack in the stucco up by the roofline. We have lived in this house for twenty years prior to replacing the roof and never had any major leaks. The second guy says they won't be able to get somebody out to fix it until the weather clears up. NICE! So two different people from this company have admitted to shoddy work by them. So they know there is a leak and they do nothing to fix it when they know a huge storm is coming! Not even a tarp. I just read their warranty and it says they aren't liable for damage from a leak. What the heck?!? I'm so disgusted with this whole experience and wish I could wake up from this nightmare. [6/19/2021]: We had Arizona Roofing Systems replace the underlayment on our roof. In general, they did a pretty good job. The people are super friendly and accessible. There were just a couple issues I wish had been handled better. First was the scheduling. We had certain days that were not good for us due to my daughter working th

  Amanda, I am sorry to hear about your experience. I have researched this situation in depth and spoken with everyone involved. Todd did miss speak about the $100 service call (we do several warranty calls for this specific company and the fee ranges in different amounts very often). He did come out however because Todd is helpful and wants to do the right thing. As far as your warranty company goes we have paperwork from them stating that the homeowner is to pay for the service call. I don’t know why we would have paperwork stating differently than yours but that has nothing to do with Arizona Roofing Systems and everything to do with your warranty company. Our sincerest apologies for your experience. We have informed the warranty company to please be more clear with their customers. Hopefully it will prevent this problem from happening again in the future! We wish you the best!

  Todd Wilson has done many projects for this condo property. I appreciate that he always quotes what needs to be done, no upselling but always advises on the state of long term projects. He is honest and exceptionally qualified.

  We had a great experience with this roofing company from start to finish. They were extremely communicative, professional, and transparent with pricing throughout the entire process. They were also very flexible with the level of help we needed and made everything much less stressful. On top of that, their pricing was very affordable compared to others we looked into. What really stood out was their patience and understanding while we dealt with multiple delays from our insurance company, including issues with the check being issued incorrectly. They worked with us every step of the way and never made us feel pressured. Highly recommend to anyone looking for honest, reliable, and quality roofing work!
