We had a leak and rain on the way. I knew it was time to replace the roof but wanted to get a few quotes. Farhad with AZ Roofing Solutions was the first to respond to multiple requests for quotes that I sent to various companies. He actually responded within 10 minutes or so of my online request. He was also the first to be available to come look at my roof, was on the same day as the request. I informed Farhad that I was going to have multiple companies come to quote, but he was still willing to tarp the roof where the leak was since weather was coming and I knew I would need a few days to get a handful of quotes. The customer service and the follow up from Farhad was more than expected. He checked on us daily as the rain started to ensure all was still good. He made himself available for anything needed in case of more leaking. Long story short, while the quote from AZ Roofing Solutions was one of the better priced quotes that I received, the money was not the deciding factor because the care, time, concern and customer service shown by Farhad won us over. I was not going to choose anyone else regardless of price. Once the work was started the roofers worked hard, and at the end of each day cleaned up any mess that was made as a result of the work. I was impressed at how hard the 5 or 6 folks worked each of the three days on the job in the triple digit weather. If you are looking for a repair or a replacement, give AZ Roofing Solutions a call. Have Farhad come take a look and give you a quote. You will be happy you did!

Farhad was very prompt, courteous and professional. We would recommend Arizona Roofing Solutions to our neighbors. Farhad did not try and upsell us to fix issues that were not present, like other companies did. We feel that Farhad was very honest and trustworthy. We would use him in the future for any roofing needs.
