  Called the office for a routine warranty service the roof is leaking the secretary said they would forward me to the owner of the company I have called three times with no response very unsatisfied A little perplexed that a company has been in business so long with such unsatisfactory service I’m hoping to get a response soon

  After I felt I was pressured to sign a contract by Galen I did some checking around and decided to use another contractor. Area roofing has been given me the run around for the pass 3 months on getting a release letter from them even though they never did the work. Just the worse ever.

  Called several times and waited weeks for a follow-up call. When I finally got through they said they were too busy and gave me a sub contractor number. Very poor customer service.

  I called 3 times and was told someone would get back to me with a quote. It never happened. When I called the 3rd time a receptionist gave me a cell number to track the field guy down. I work a full time job also so they think their time is more important than mine. I called another roofer as they clearly do not care about customer service.

  Excellent experience with this company! Andy, the Project Coordinator is very responsive and goes above and beyond to make sure the customer is satisfied. We purchased windows, vinyl siding w/foam insulation and gutters. All done on schedule and looks great! Looking forward to energy savings this winter...thanks guys.

  Area Roofing (AR) replaced my roof after the big hail storm 10 years ago. A couple of weeks ago, I noticed something didn't look quite right about one of the shingles on my roof. I called AR and Mr. TJ Johnson came out to have a look. There was a shingle flipped up. TJ put it back into place and checked for other damage. He told me my roof still had about another 10 to 12 years of life and he did not charge me for the minor repair. Thank you for your prompt service AR. You guys came through for me again! Great company and great service.

  Area Roofing and Siding replaced my roof, gutters, and downspouts as well as my shed in the backyard. They did an excellent job and I will recommend to anyone needing this type of service. I am very pleased. It gives the house top quality appearance. Another strong point is they stand by their Referral fee. My neighbor who referred me was given a referral fee because I told Ron (My representative) who referred me. On target with no delay. Love it.

  Andy, Ron and the entire Area Roofing crew did an outstanding job on our 68-unit condo complex roof replacement. Their hard working teams arrived on time, controlled the mess, were considerate of homeowner constraints, and completed the entire project on schedule, even with weather disruptions! Our roofs now look fabulous and have already been storm tested to be perfect. I could not recommend them more highly.

  We hired Area Roofing & Siding to replace our roof. The work consisted of removing the old shingles and replacing old sheathing underneath that had rotted and gone bad. A few attic vents were also installed to help with ventilation and reduce moisture issues. The work was done quick and professionally. The crew made sure to clean up all trash and debris when they were done. We are very happy with the quality of the work. This company truly cares about their customers.
