We had a terrible experience with Ziara of Arch Roofing working as a subcontractor for Vogel Roofing. After removing our roof and not securing the area we incurred a water leak. This caused damage to our home. We had to pay to repair the damage and they are refusing to reimburse us for the expenses. Also the roof had to be completely redone by a different crew because the first crew did a subpar job.

I am not sure what this is in reference to? I do not have you listed in our database. Do you have the right company that you left a review for? This is out of character of any of our employees and what our high expectations of that our company guidelines state. If there was an issue like this I would of heard about this first hand right away. I believe you have left a review for the wrong company. Have a Great Day!

I just wanted you to know that the employee you have who drives a white dodge ram and has strawberry blonde hair and freckles almost ran us off the road. He had a yield sign to get off the interstate and hit the gas to avoid yielding and …

Arch Roofing did an outstanding job from start to finish. Nick made the entire process smooth and easy, and they made the project completely stress-free. Their team showed up exactly when they said they would, worked efficiently, and kept the job site incredibly clean throughout the entire installation. What really stood out was their attention to detail. The workmanship was absolutely meticulous, and it’s clear they take a lot of pride in the quality of their work. The finished roof looks fantastic, and I truly couldn’t be happier with the final product. All of this at a better price-point than 3 other quotes!

They are professional, courteous, respectful, reliable, etc, they listen to what you have to say. If you need them to come back for something you are displeased with, they will and work with you to fix the issue. The project was done on time.

Excellent service! Highly skilled crew - everyone knew their job and completed it. They roofed an area 2300+ sq ft in one day, including clean up. I NEVER saw anyone standing around or stopping for coffee. I highly recommend them!!!!

Great Company! Communication with me on the entire process went extremely well. Any questions I had, Nick answered quickly. I was surprised at how quick they were to remove the old roof, I had a lot of rotten wood. They replaced my wood fascia and soffit with PVC products per my request. I LOVE IT! The crew that came to my house started by 8am and ended at 5pm for 2 days to complete the entire process. Left my yard as clean as when they started. I am very pleased with how smoothly, this much needed investment went. I would highly recommend this company on Product QUAILITY, PRICE and CUSTOMER Service!
