Wow I had over 7 companies give me estimates and it came down to Apper and another company. Leandro the owner was the nices guy and reason I pick them because I ask what are you using and like to see samples.Leandro did more then that he explained about earthing her was using and showed me different products and told me what each one will do. His crew was A+ and went to extreme to get everything right. Love the way they took pics of all the work that was done a d also had 5 sheets of plywood that was bad and fixed them.this company will go over and above to give you the best. Thanks for everything and I will be tell people you need a roof to look you up A+ company

Thank you so much for this amazing review! I truly appreciate you taking the time to share your experience, especially after comparing several companies. My goal is always to make sure our customers understand exactly what they are getting and why we recommend certain materials and products. I’m very proud of our crew and the effort we put into your roof. We believe the details matter, and finding and replacing the damaged plywood, documenting the work with photos, and ensuring everything is done correctly are all part of the quality we strive for. Thank you again for trusting Apper Construction with your home and for recommending us to others. It was a pleasure working with you, and we truly appreciate your business and support!

I had multiple companies come out to inspect my roof and provide quotes for a full roof replacement and Apper Construction was by far the most pleasant company to work with. Leandro was great to speak with and offered many ideas and suggestions as we came up with a game plan for anew roof. He also did the most throughout inspection out of any of the companies I had come out. He was very flexible and communication and updates throughout the process were fantastic. I have zero complaints and it made getting a large project done much less stressful for me while having it done quickly and to a high quality. Great company all around.

Company inspected and found defects on root that I was unaware of and which another company had caused. They photographed the defects and clearly showed them to me and also showed me the corrections they made. This prevented a major problem in the future and a big expense. I like working with skilled and honest craftsmen.
