Great experience overall — the team was professional, communicated clearly throughout the project, and cleaned up the site at the end of each day. Their price was fair and they stayed true to the original quote with no surprises. The roof looks fantastic and we’re really happy with the finished result.Highly recommend to anyone that needs to get their roof done.

New roof by Richard and his team about a year ago. Richard was easy to work with and did an awesome job, from initial jobsite inspection, to competitive pricing and completion. Happy to recommend Richard and his team to prospective customers thinking of replacing roof.

Richard and his team did an amazing job with our new roof. From the initial quote to cleaning up after they were done, everything went smoothly and professionally. He helped us understand why we needed more vents, and showed us multiple options for the new roof. I would recommend Apex Roof Repairs and Maintenance to everyone.

Richard helped me with an emergency roof repair when I couldn't find anyone else, then quoted me way lower on a new roof than the competition. Quality workmanship and product and cleaned up fully. Cannot recommend Apex high enough!

We booked Apex roofing for the replacement of our roof: That was the best decision we could have made! From the quote to the final work, everything was professional. Richard has a good eye for details, expertise and experience. Even with our steep roof the work was done with highest professionalism and exactly in time as planned. They worked very clean, and cleared up the site in the evening. We are very happy with the result and highly recommend Richard with Apex.

Roof replaced with Apex Roof Repairs and Maintenance. Richard laid out all of the work he was going to do through a quotation and executed to perfection. Was attentive to cleanliness and left the site in the same condition as it was prior to starting the job. He also communicated very well throughout the whole process!
