  I am posting this review as a follow-up to an earlier negative google review. After responding to our concerns, ANJCO Roofing emailed me on April 24 and offered a full refund for the service visit as a gesture of goodwill. Their email stated: "As a gesture of goodwill, we would like to offer you a full refund for the service visit." I accepted that offer on April 29. When I received no response, I followed up on May 11. After still hearing nothing, I followed up again on May 30. As of today, I have received neither a response nor the promised refund. What is most disappointing is not the original service issue itself. Mistakes happen, and I appreciated that the company initially reached out and appeared willing to take responsibility for our experience. The disappointing part is that they voluntarily offered a resolution in writing and then stopped communicating after I accepted it. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company.

  Thank you for your feedback, and we’re sorry for the frustration and inconvenience you experienced. On the first visit, our roofer attended the property; however, the home required a longer ladder for safe access, and this equipment was not available on the truck at that time. As a result, we were unable to properly access and assess the full extent of the leak during that visit. For safety reasons, we returned the following morning with the correct equipment and were able to complete the repair once access and inspection could be properly carried out. We understand how stressful a leaking roof can be and sincerely apologize for the delay, the inconvenience, and any miscommunication during the process. This is not the level of service we aim to provide, especially in urgent situations. We appreciate your feedback and are reviewing our response procedures to ensure better preparation and clearer communication in the future.

  I called Hashem to fix a few issues on the roof and he promptly came next day and fixed those problems and more in a professionally maner. I went up on the roof and I was very satisfied with the work done.

  Hashem and his team were great- they helped us out in a bind (leaking bathroom ceiling), came within hours and provided professional and friendly service. We called them first, as a family member had recommended them highly. Great work, fair price.
