Driver In grey truck with RLC license plate doesn’t know how to use a 4 way stop or go the speed limit. Courtesy and professionalism should extend to the road if you’re driving a company vehicle.

These guys came out gave me a bid and promised me the world. I’ve never seen flashing so bad and so many puddles of nails everywhere they came by took my check saw the mess said they’d send someone to clean and it’s been 1 month since still no retribution.

I had some shingles blown off my roof from a wind we had a few weeks ago. I called Andrus Brothers to come out and fix it. "Kent" came out and talked with me, told me he would get up on my roof and take a look and see what the "office" could do for me about getting a new roof. This was something I didn't even want as I know I cant get a new roof at this point. Kent didn't even get on my roof like he said nor has he or anyone at Andrus Brothers contacted me about getting my roof fixed. Now, this past Friday rain came, and now the inside of my house is wet because I was waiting on Andrus Brothers to fix the roof. Thanks for nothing Andrus Brothers, I will find someone else to fix my roof and replace it once I can. Apparently, a job is too small for Andrus Brothers. They are only interested in getting a whole roof from you. Do not use this company.

Can’t ask for much more from a local roofing company. Expert craftsmanship, decades of experience working with insurance claims, & clean communication. They care about more than just the roof. They will go above and beyond to get all your damages covered, they literally got my damaged BBq grill replaced. They hired other contractors to fix damages not related to the roof, and didnt make any money off of it. They took care of the roof and were happy to help manage the full claim from start to finish and didn’t ask for a dime until it was all done. What more could you ask for?

Andrus Brothers Roofing has been our roofer for the past 20 years. Garrett Young has always taken care of us with all our needs. This year alone, he got us not only a roof, but our trim painted, fence stained, new gutters, and new garage doors. We are truly blessed to a have a great company in Lubbock.

These guys came and worked on my roof after last years storm. They were very professional, very fast and they did an amazing job on everything.

Nothing‘s worse than watching last year's storm destroy the place that makes you feel safe. This is where the people at Andrus came in and quite literally save the day for us. If ur from Texas, all you need to know is these are “good people”. Not much more I can say than that. Thank you Brent and the rest of y’all.

Andrus Brothers Roofing is 1st Tier. They provided timely and highly professional roof repair for me on three different occasions due to hail storms. They do what they say they're going to do and when they say they'll do it. I have no hesitation in referring business to them for the above reasons and many more.

They did an amazing job on my roof and as the project manager from the last hail storm. They were able to handle everything with the insurance company that was giving me problems as well. If you want top quality work and experience Jeremy and Brent will get it done for you.

Andrus Brothers replaced my roof and did an outstanding and very thorough and fast job. They arrived on time, worked hard, gave me a better roof and cleaned up after themselves. But the best part was the knowledge and help that I received from Wyatt Mote who came out to talk to me about what needed to be done and how to do it. Wyatt expertly walked me through contacting my insurance company and came out again to go over my whole property with the insurance adjuster and then when I received that report back and the insurance company detailed what it would cover, Wyatt went over how all of that worked and what some of the terms that didn’t know were. Wyatt worked seamlessly with the adjuster, the insurance company and me to insure that I got the very most that my insurance would cover and pay. As a septuagenarian who had never had a roofing claim before , it was great knowing that I was being treated fairly. Wyatt was patient and knowledgeable. I appreciate that.

Trayton, Mateo and crew are all excellent. Trayton handled each step of the process professionally, consistently and overall such a joy to work with. You don’t find people these days, with communication skills and who treat you with respect …

I can't say enough great things about this company. Ty Porter (no relation, by the way) was wonderful throughout the whole process. He truly went above & beyond, is very knowledgeable, friendly, and easy to work with - especially with our insurance company too! We would recommend him & this company to anyone needing a new roof!

Awesome Experience! A hail storm came through Lubbock and our house took significant damage, especially to the roof. A neighbor suggested that I call Andrus Brothers Roofing, and thank goodness I did! They came to evaluate the roof …
