  Appreciate the communication and friendliness during our experience but post job it’s been mostly headaches. The work caused a leak early on that we got handled. Just recently had another leak that has caused major dry wall problems. Called a plumber to come fix and he told us a lot of the shower was done without the caulking and sealing a bunch. The main problem the plumber fixed was the toilet causing a leak. The plumber said they didn’t replace the seal on the toilet and it wasn’t properly reinstalled. This caused us to be out the money on a plumber and fixing the ceiling and painting that was ruined from the leak. I would look elsewhere for work if you can when it comes to bathrooms.

  I hired Andersen Contracting to install drywall as part of a partial basement finish, totaling about 650 square feet of floor space. After the first day, the crew of 6 workers only installed maybe 5 or 6 sheets. After expressing my concern they sent a new crew the following day, who seemed more experienced, though they covered up 4 of the 15 outlets in the space. Had I not noticed and asked them to uncover the outlets, there would have been ultimately live, unfinished wiring behind the wall. Both management and the workers seemed dismissive about the true severity of this mistake. They used my tools without asking, they opened windows when asked not to, and the job supervisor was rarely present. They damaged electrical wiring in several locations (fortunately only on pigtails which are easily replaced) and the finished work is acceptable, but sloppy in spots. While responsive, from the top down the company does not appear to take pride in their work. I won’t be hiring them again.

  Fantastic company! Integrity at its finest! When other companies wanted to file a claim with my insurance, Anderson actually looked and the problem and helped me to fix it without having to file a claim and pay a huge deductible! Stand up guys! Shout out to Jeff House! He is the man!

  Anderson did a complete makeover on the interior of our home. New flooring throughout the house, new countertops and kitchen fixtures. Gave our front porch a new look with cedar posts and wrought iron. Thy did an amazing job and they were so easy to work with. I would highly recommend them to anyone!

  Andersen Roofing is an overall great company. My roof looks great. They did an amazing job. Friendly and on time. Great communication. Job was finished on time and the cleanup was so good you couldn’t even tell they had been there. If I ever need anything else done I will call them first.
