  I call and call talk to them about the leak.. no all i get is.. we'll get to it.. we'll now the ceiling is starting to Crack.. they don't stand up to their warranty. Terrible company

  Had this company do an add on to an existing carport to put a garage on and the work they did was horrible . Wall board not put up right, windows and door not square or sealed correctly. I had 2 failures from the town of things not done right. Had to move a wall 2 times . The window that they had to take out and put wallboard in its place was not flat and the inside wall that he had to do was awful . I actually now have a crack in that bedroom wall where he had done the work. I called multiple times requesting someone to come and look at the Terrible workmanship but No one would check it out. The door and garage door leaked and I had to have them come multiple time to fix it. The woman that answered their phone was rude. Everything that was done was sloppy and uneven. I had to hire another company to come fix everything once they said everything was complete. To change a carport into a garage took 11 months! A job that should have been 1 month tops. Calle for someone to come out and look at the job the fella was doing and they never came out

  AMS backed out of our job after signing our contract. I already had started the process of withdrawing funds from a retirement account in order to perform work and cannot re-deposit the funds. Extremely disappointing that they didn't follow through, because we were looking forward to our new room.

  This is the most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with, if I could give them a minus 5 star I would. We had a new roof put on in July 2018 and we have had them out to fix our roof over 7 times for leaks. They punctured nail holes in our screened porch and laugh at us when they came out to look at it and said there was nothing they could do. We cannot get them to fix the problems properly and are taking the next step and suing them. BUYERS BEWARE!

  When they install a new roof they offer a lifetime warranty. But if you sell the house the warranty is only transferable for 10 years from the original Install date. So do not promise your buyer that they will have a transferable warranty because they don't unless they're in that timeframe. Feels like a lifetime warranty is a lifetime warranty. But the warranty obviously goes with the original buyer and not with the roof.

  AMS did my roof over and the installers were friendly and efficient. Eddie and his coworker were pleasant and seemed very capable and proficient. Eddie has great people skills and made me feel as if I was his only job, even though I knew he was juggling more than my roof. I was very pleased with their professionalism and commitment to do the job correctly. Will definitely recommend AMS roofing to others.

  Had our roof replaced after the Hurricane. Leo and Eddy were amazing. They were professional and hardworking. They never stopped until the job was done and made sure before they left that everything was cleaned up. Highly recommend this company.

  AMS installed our new roof yesterday. Although it took awhile to get it done, due to hurricane, it was worth it. Leo & Eddy were very professional, fast, cleaned up debris and friendly. Recommend this company and this crew for roofing needs.

  Jo did four windows in the back of my house trimmed them out. Everything looked amazing clean the windows were definitely recommend Joe D again to anybody.
