  Wanted to get my roof inspected. Insurance manager was extremely rude and pushy. Wasn’t happy with the over all process. Will not be using this company.

  Ameristar new roof they installed for me was all good at first, until it started raining of course. We then realized one of the pipes from our attic leading up to the roof wasn’t properly sealed off with caulk and within just a few month we had missing shingles already. Called 10 times sporadically leaving messages from January 2022-June 2022 before they finally reached back out and sent someone out to look at it in July 2022. The guy said he’d get back to us after his inspection, but never did. So from then on kept calling and leaving messages again until finally January 3rd, 2023 a whole year later Amanda called back and sent a estimate with a ridiculous price claiming the further damage was from wind and storm. Horrible response time which just leads to further structural damage.

  We apologize for any inconvenience you may have experienced, but we pride ourselves on our work and customer satisfaction. We have been in the roofing industry for 17 years, combined under the guidance of the same owner and crews. For this property, we were asked to only look at the gutters. We found a few loose shingles and reinstalled new shingles at no cost. We do provide 10-year warranties on roofing, and we are ranked in the top 1% of roofing companies certified by GAF.   We had a fantastic experience with Ameristar Roofing replacing the roof on our home. If you are looking for a company for a residential roof replacement, I would absolutely recommend them. We worked with David Egan, who was a top notch professional from start to finish. He took the time to educate us on the roofing process, materials, and our options without ever making us feel pressured. The pricing was very competitive, communication and follow through were excellent, and David was meticulous with his final inspection to make sure everything was done right. This is actually the second residential roof I’ve had to replace, with the first being on our previous home, so I had another experience to compare it to. Ameristar and David made this a smooth and positive experience. If you need a new roof for your home, I HIGHLY recommend Ameristar Roofing and especially working with David Egan. Great service, great workmanship, and a company that clearly cares about getting the job done right!

  Professional service from start to finish. David ensured everything ran smoothly. The roofing team carefully prepared the area to protect the surroundings, completed all work on the same day, and left the site spotless. They made sure every detail was finished before leaving. I would highly recommend Ameristar.

  AMAZING service and the team (especially David and James!) were so respectful and responsive about getting my claim filed through insurance! Roof has been perfect since they installed it and I definitely know who i’ll be working with next time i need help with my roof!

  Ameristar was hired through our HOA to replace the roof on all of the homes in our community. This company has exceeded my expectations in all aspects. From the time they started the project to the time they finished. They paid great attention to detail even when it came to cleaning up. They made sure to wipe down any areas that were marked, clean as they go and have picked up all debris. I have not come across one single nail since they completed my roof. The workers were very professional, friendly and efficient. Their work throughout my community is very consistent. They have remained on schedule and their foreman has been an excellent communicator. He has been very mindful and observant with each roof that is being worked on. I highly recommend this company.
