Not sure how they do with actual roofing, but the siding I hired them to repair at my house was disappointing. The old man they sent to my house didn't even seem to know what he was doing. The quality of work was awful, had to call them out to fix mistakes. Overall a poor experience and I would not recommend these people to do siding.

This guy came out to our house and looked at the roof, spent about 20 minutes with us, very pleasant and told us he would fix us up an estimate or two. I ended up texting him after 2 days to see if he'd had time to get me an estimate and …

Hi Yvonne, Thank you for your feedback. We strive to provide the best service possible, but in some cases, we recognize that we may not be the right fit for a client’s specific needs. After evaluating your project, we determined that we would not be the best contractor for the job and made the decision to step away so that you could find a company better suited to meet your expectations. We wish you the best of luck in finding the right roofing contractor and appreciate the opportunity to have met with you.

Having been through the roofing process a few times in the past, this is the only company I’ve used twice. They do what they agreed to do sooner than expected and with a smile! Their pricing is competitive yet the quality of the work performed is outstanding. They’ve set a pattern of customer satisfaction with me. I will surely give them my business again.

Bryce has always been super helpful in answering all our questions and concerns. Not only does he promptly deliver quotes and service, but he explains - in detail - all work to be done so we feel confident in the job being completed. Great company!

Actually this was the second time I've used American Roofing for repairs. The first time was September, 2023, to repair a leak that been a chronic problem for several months. Bryce Haupt checked the roof and diagnosed the problem. His crew repaired the leak and I have had no problems with that leak since then. Recently, after a bad wind storm, I had some shingles come loose and called American Roofing again. Bryce came out to diagnose the problem. Several shingles had been damaged and several blown off. Within a week he had the shingles replaced and resealed. No problems since then. I am very happy with American Roofing. They are responsive quickly, do a good job, and frankly do not over-charge. I definitely recommend them for any roofing problems you may have.

Very professional. American roofing did the roof replacement on our animal hospital, which was a pretty large commercial building. The estimate was highly competitive. The job was done in a timely manner. The crew was very nice and did a very nice job cleaning up afterwards. They also repaired some slight damage, that was previously unnoticed. Oh yeah the roof looks great! I would highly recommend.
