  My chimney is leaking and all the people who use to work there don’t any more. I paid extra for the chimney to be fixed when they did the roof. I also have shingles that look like they are popped up. The company response was not correct. No one mentioned anything about a masonary company or any cracks being there. It is leaking. If the company wants to rectify it they can come and honor the warranty.

  It looks like this issue was reported to us on 1/22/2025 and all roof related issues were addressed by 1/24/25. While on site our technician noted.... "Scott Peterson on 01/24/2025 4:12 PM All repairs completed. We had to remove all existing caulk from chimney flashing and replace it with new. We also checked the left front of house all shingles are secured and none are loose. We did notice while inspecting with the Drone, that the masonry on top of the chimney is cracked pretty badly and the water is leaking on the inside of the chimney. That has to be where it's coming from at this point as all roofing issues have been addressed. I informed the homeowner that if it leaks again when the next rain comes, to look up a certified contractor in masonry. I also showed her the photographs and all photographs of the repairs they are now uploaded"

  I highly recommend American Roofing.They installed the roof exactly as ordered, in a professional manner, on the date promised, and the job was completed on time. Rob made sure our property was not damaged and had been properly cleaned after the job was finished. There were no unexpected costs. Kevin and John went above and beyond in their negotiations with our insurance company. We never could have navigated this process on our own! They were persistent, and in the end the house and garage roofs were completely covered for hail damage.

  They did a fantastic job. Started at 7:00 am and finished before 4:00 pm. Everything was clean. Hunter Wilcox, the sales manager, was very helpful working with the insurance company and Darian Lyons did a great job managing the crew. The crew was very courteous and careful of the landscaping. If I could give them 10 stars I would.

  Kevin and his team at American Roofing are top notch. They have replaced several roofs for me personally, and also for neighbors after Helene. Their professional, ability to work with insurance providers, and communication cannot be matched. Quality of the roofs they install are impeccable. They clean up the job site and leave everything looking beautiful. Highly recommend!

  American Roofing did a stellar job getting me a roof replacement via insurance claim in the aftermath of Helene. John Kramer went above and beyond sleuthing local code and working with my insurance to see everything through to completion. 10/10 would highly recommend!
