  I was told that they install metal roofs but this is not the case. They didn't bother to call me back and let me know they do not install metal roofs.

  American Metal roofs trained the homeowner that installed the roof on the house I bought. I have had them out to the house many times since to try to repair the roof. They stated any area they touch is covered by warranty however the roof still leaks and they won’t retry calls. Good luck if you decide to use them.

  Great products, but AMR Wisconsin never got back with me, I sent pictures and measurements still never heard anything. They call back and ask questions, answer them still nothing. Won't give me an estimate. I won't do business with a company that won't give me an estimate or tell me why I have no response.

  Seriously disappointed with customer service person Nicole. The first job of a customer service person is to listen! She was unable to respect my needs. Needless to say I declined to schedule an appointment when offered one. Metal roofs are a premium product with a premium price tag. I’ll spend my money elsewhere!

  We are quite pleased with our metal roof from AMR. We have received several compliments regarding “the looks” of our new roof. The installers were conscientious and worked efficiently. Any questions we had were addressed promptly by sales and installation.

  AMR replaced our roof and we couldn't be happier. It was a great experience, from the initial interaction in their showroom to the finished product! It looks beautiful and adds to the curb appeal of our home. Highly recommend!

  So happy I went with American Metal roofing for my roof replacement. Their oxford aluminum shingle product not only looks great, but has the durability and longevity that I was looking for. Yes the cost more (at least in the short term) than an asphalt shingle roof, but this is an investment grade product that will outlast you and will likely pay for itself in time.

  We only replaced half of our roof, partially to spread out the cost and partially because the upper portion of our roof was much newer than the lower portion. The roof looks beautiful, and they completed it so quickly. Honestly they did such a good job that they even fixed some of poor workmanship of previous "flashing" that had been done on before we moved in and the roof looks significantly better than how it started. Everyone was very polite to work with, the crew was incredibly efficient and cleaned up after themselves better than any contractors I've ever seen. I'm definitely coming back in a few years to get the rest of the roof to match. I was slightly worried about there being excess noise compared to a regular asphalt roof during rainstorms, but I haven't noticed that. We do have an attic, which is probably a big part of it, but that was my only concern about switching to a metal roof. I'm really happy to have the peace of mind of a long-lasting roof.

  My home needed a new roof. I considered several options. After meeting with AMR it was clear to me that working with them is the right choice. They’re experienced & trustworthy. The roof is an important investment - based on their warranty, USA materials, install process, successful track record, my decision to work with AMR became a “NO-BRAINER”. Their crew arrived prepared, professional, efficient. I cannot believe how fresh & upgraded my house appears now. It looks GORGEOUS. If you are a quality focused consumer, I would recommend American Metal Roofs for your project.
