  We had the absolute best experience with David and his team! We’ve seen and heard about some pretty shady situations when it comes to roofing companies, so finding a team that was honest, organized, and dependable was such a relief. From the very beginning, David was upfront about everything. The entire process was smooth, well-organized, and exactly as promised. In fact, they went above and beyond what we expected. Every commitment they made was followed through on, and the quality of their work speaks for itself. We couldn’t be happier with our new roof! If you’re looking for a company you can truly trust, don’t waste your time or money looking elsewhere. David and his team are the real deal, and we would recommend them over and over again.   We recently bought a house, and it had a soft spot in the roof. There is a chimney in the house and the façade would weep when it rained. The seller said they had a roofer come out and "fix" the leaking issues. The soft spot was in the inspection report when we bought the house. I called Ameri-con for a second opinion and right away they were able to see that every "fix" was a band-aid. They suspected it could be a sealing issue but also that it could be the soft spot which was likely rotting wood that was causing the leak. They came out, ripped everything apart and confirmed that this rotting wood was actually more or less a hole that was letting water in when it rains. They showed me the wood, as well as photos of the inside of the hole to establish that this is, indeed, where my chimney façade was leaking from. They repaired the roof, as well as performed some preventative sealing on the chimney that needed to be done to prevent any future potential issues. Ameri-con was completely transparent from start to finish, showing photos of what they found during their assessment and of the damage done to the roof. They were also efficient and timely in their work and assessments, operating within their established timelines. My chimney façade no longer weeps when it rains.
