these guys didn't bother showing up to their scheduled appointment to do measurements at our building. with that kind of work ethic and lack of professionalism, i definitely would not rely on them to work on a expensive building project.

Hi David, I'm sorry we missed you, but we actually showed up and completed measurements. I sent my boss. You said we could come at anytime and that you didn't need to be there.

Aluminum shake roof is a terrific product. What convinced us about this roof was seeing how their product stood up to age on 20+ year houses around our neighborhood. They looked in great shape. Compared to asphalt, it's a much cooler and …

Our business has been warehouse neighbors with Aluminum Shake Roofing for the last 6 years and have gotten to know them on a personal level. They are of the highest integrity and diligently do the right thing for each and every client. Your satisfaction is truly their number one goal. I can attest to the satisfaction side as well since they installed my roof just a few years ago. The team was very efficient, very organized and excellent at making sure we were aware of every step being taken. One thing that impressed me immensely was the fact that they did a very thorough clean up just to take a half hour break to eat lunch. Everything was put away as if they were leaving for the day, all just to take a half hour break. Since my install, I've referred two other homes to Aluminum Shake Roofing and they too sing their praises. Bottom line, Aluminum Shake Roofing is the best roofing company out there!

Installment was good many years ago and would have given them a 5-star on this so called best product in industry, the Aluminum Country Manor Shake. I called and Alum Shake Roofing will only come in between when they have time and not schedule this important replacement. It was disappointing the company doesn’t address the urgency for their customers who have portion of uncovered shake tiles subject to the weather.

Can't believe it's been 25 years since Fred installed our ASR roof. The aluminum roof looks and performs like new. One of the very best decisions we ever made. I'm thinking that many other roofing products would be needing repair/replacing by now. Well done Fred. You've made a lot of people very happy.

Our small community association hired this company to replace some aging wood shake roofs in our complex. They showed up early for all of the scheduled appointments and was able to answer all of my questions about the new style of roof that we were going to install. I have to say that their customer service is second to none. Very happy with how this project turned out. Mahalo for all your help.

Your roof is your home's first line of defense against scorching sun, heavy summer downpours, high humidity, and the storms that will soon arrive. If your roof is already showing signs of age, waiting until later—or worse, until a leak appears—could mean higher repair costs, more inconvenience, and fewer scheduling options.
