They love to call you and they don't care above the no call list

Company cheated me out of pay. They have n office and opererates out of several different homes. The customer has no where to go in case of a warranty issue. It's my opinion that they have no customer service and once they have the money for your roof you'll never hear from them again. Also they say they have been in business for years but thats a lie. Don't be fooled. Check them out.

I can’t recommend Alpine Roofing enough. After Allstate denied my roof claim several times, I honestly thought I was out of options. Isaac never gave up. He worked tirelessly for over six months, advocating for me every step of the way until my roof was finally approved for replacement. Throughout the entire process, Isaac’s communication was outstanding. He always kept me updated, responded quickly to my questions, and made sure I understood what was happening. His persistence, professionalism, and dedication made all the difference. If you’re looking for a roofing company that truly fights for its customers and delivers exceptional service, I highly recommend Alpine Roofing. Thank you, Isaac, for all of your hard work and for making what seemed impossible happen! You’re the best!!

I liked how Alpine kept us in the loop during our leak repair. They found the problem around the chimney, replaced the flashing, and sealed everything up. The crew was on time, respectful of our yard, and the cleanup was spotless.
