My experience with the owner of this company was extremely disappointing. From the beginning, there was a clear lack of professionalism and leadership. Communication was poor, deadlines were not respected, and accountability was missing. The owner was often unresponsive to concerns and dismissive when legitimate issues were brought up. Instead of working toward solutions, I felt talked over and undervalued as a customer. A good company reflects the character of its leadership, and unfortunately, this experience showed a serious lack of integrity, fairness, and respect. I would not recommend doing business with this company.

Unable to meet first scheduled apt time for inspection. Not given notice, just told when they’d show up, but when you have several scheduled appointments and you’ve taken time off work to meet them… yeah that’s not okay.

Hi Heather Padgett, We did let you know 30 minutes prior to your scheduled time that we were running behind and would be a few minutes late. You decided to cancel your appointment all together and did not give us a chance to meet and inspect your roof. We do apologize for running behind, however to say we did not give notice is not true.

I can’t say enough good things about Alpha Roofing. The owner, TJ was so knowledgeable and took the time to thoroughly explain the extent of the work we needed and why it was necessary. He was so easy to work with, and kept me informed every step of the way. The crew did an amazing job on the roof and the post job cleanup as well. The quality exceeded my expectations and we are so happy with our new roof! I highly recommend Alpha Roofing for all of your roofing needs! Thank you so much!
