Thank you for bringing your concerns to our attention. We sincerely apologize for the frustration this situation caused. Our team had actually reported this issue internally before your review was posted. We understand that your home is very close to the neighboring property, which can make roofing work more challenging and increase the likelihood of debris temporarily reaching adjacent areas during the removal process. Our crew informed us that they spoke with you respectfully at the time and kindly asked for some room to safely carry out the roofing process while ensuring the highest quality workmanship possible. That said, we completely understand that seeing debris on your property was upsetting, regardless of the circumstances. We also understand that our team returned to clean the affected area, but we recognize that it may not have been addressed as quickly as you would have preferred. For that, we apologize. At Alpha Empire Roofing, we take pride in our workmanship and professionalism, and we always strive to be respectful of neighboring properties while completing roofing projects safely and efficiently. We appreciate your feedback, as it helps us continue improving our processes and communication. If you would be willing to provide us with your phone number, we would appreciate the opportunity to speak with you directly and discuss a reasonable way to make things right. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we are committed to resolving any remaining concerns. Alpha Empire Roofing Team

They drink, party and play vulgar music very loudly. Inconsiderate to the whole neighbourhood. I don’t recommend them.

We take professionalism and respect for our community very seriously, which is why this review is extremely misleading. We have no record of ever doing business with someone by this name, nor have we performed any roofing work connected to this claim. Our company standards are very clear when it comes to customer service, conduct, and professionalism on every project site. The accusations made here do not reflect how Alpha Empire Roofing operates. We have also identified repeated suspicious activity connected to false quote requests and misleading interactions coming from our online posts, which raises serious concerns regarding the legitimacy of this review. At the end of the day, our reputation is built on real customers, real roofing projects, and real results across Edmonton and surrounding areas. We remain focused on delivering high quality roof replacements, roof repairs, shingle roofing, storm damage restoration, and honest customer care for homeowners who trust our company. We respectfully request that Google review and remove false or malicious reviews that are intended to harm local businesses without any legitimate business interaction.

I had an excellent experience with Alpha Empire Roofing. I called because I had a leak in my roof, and to my surprise, their team came out the very same day to perform a thorough roof assessment. They took the time to explain exactly what was causing the leak, showed me photos of the problem, and repaired it professionally. I really appreciated their honesty, knowledge, and attention to detail. They also provided a warranty for the repair, which gave me great peace of mind, and even offered me a credit toward a future roof replacement if I ever need one. It's rare to find a company that genuinely cares about its customers and stands behind its work. Everyone I dealt with was friendly, respectful, and professional from start to finish. I couldn't be happier with the service I received. Thank you to the entire Alpha Empire Roofing team for your outstanding work. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for trustworthy roofing professionals! ✨✨✨✨
