  I had gotten 2 other quotes prior to signing with this company, and they gave us the lowest bid. However, the bit was the lowest compared to the other companies because they omitted 2 windows from the quote, which I was unaware of until they were halfway through the project. From the beginning, extra costs started to accrue. 6 weeks after the quote was given to me, there was apparently an additional cost on the windows from when I was quoted to when I signed, which made me suspect. Then there were a few other additional costs that they had laid on the bill as well. There was an area where the old siding had leaked and the wood was rotten underneath. The workers saw that there was apparent wood rot, yet were going to side over it without notifying me! This maintained the disappointing theme for the whole project. If the rot had not been noticed then it would have been covered up with siding with the potential for evolving into a far more serious problem down the road. They would show up at odd hours of the day and were far from professional. The company removes things and feels that they are not responsible for putting it back the way they found it. They had the gall to refer me to their electrician to give them extra business and money when they themselves were responsible for removing my lights but were inept to put them back on. Also, they did not put all of my gutters back up or my house numbers when they were finished, and then a slew of other excuses came when that was brought to their attention. I wish I would have never agreed to have this crew touch my house or give them my money because the headache has been never ending. I am worried that down the road I will find where their negligence has compromised the integrity of the home. I could have had my house sided, painted, and windows installed from a more reputable company for the price that I had wasted on a poor job of siding and windows installed.

  Carolyn im sorry you feel this way. You and I just finished the walk around of the project together and you seemed pleased with the final product, there was no indication you were unhappy with our work. As in any remodel there are things we can not see until the old rotten siding is torn off, and your old siding was very rotten, neglected and past due for replacement. Your husband and I both suspected there would be rot in the area you describe. As soon as rot was indeed found I immediately notified you and your husband that there was in fact rot that needed to be addressed. We then corrected the issue. As for the rotten gutter downspout, it was rotten from neglect, much like the rest of the siding on your home. And because the downspout broke in my hands a discount to the final price was applied. Even though we never contracted for any gutter work. Again I'm sorry you feel this way. I thought we had left on good terms and you were happy. Please contact me of there is anything we can do to correct the situation. I know the quality of craftsmanship performed on your siding and window installation is top notch. As for the 2 windows that you are referring to, it clearly stated in the estimate that those 2 windows were not included for whatever reason,( honest oversight). But we put in a rush order to get them added to the project in Hope's to keep you guys happy. I am sorry you feel this way. Your home is beautiful and will now keep the elements out for years to come.

  Called in asking for vinyl siding and waited 20 seconds before any voice spoke up and then when I proceeded to talk after he said hello. I was hung up on. I felt unappreciated as a potential future customer and I will not be calling nor recommending this place to anyone online or off-line.

  Tommy, first off, I apologize for just now seeing this over a year later. Secondly I'm truly sorry for your experience, we would never intentionally hang up on a potential customer. It sounds to me like possibly there was just a bad connection or a possibly a problem with our phone system. If you havent already had your siding issues resolved we would love to come give you a free estimate.

  We contracted with Rob Duffy at All Phase to build a partially-covered back deck. The construction of the deck was fine (it looks quite good), though I will say Rob initially came in with a low bid and then slowly kept bumping up the cost of the project as it proceeded, so it eventually came in to line with all of the other bids we got (I assume this is his sneaky way of getting his foot in the door with a project). The big problem however, was his choice of subcontractors. Part of the job involved wiring the deck for lighting. He chose ABS Electric (the only electrician he works with). The electrician did part of the job and refused to finish the rest. Rob and his crew covered over all of the wiring that was done and now I need to have someone partially dismantle the deck so inspectors can see what work was done and get a new electrician to finish the job. Even though Sam with ABS Electric was the electrician that Rob chose, and the fact that Rob covered over the wiring before inspectors could look at it, Rob took absolutely no responsibility. I'm now in the position of paying someone to take apart, reassemble, and rewire a deck that I already paid for. All Phase Construction is a dishonest company, and I would caution anyone from working with them.

  All Phase Residential Con. Did an amazing job putting a new roof on our home. We were surprised that it was about a 2 day job for them with hot weather issues. We suspected some issues with the chimney. They repaired it easily. The roofing team worked together with ease. They were also very careful with all of my plants covering them and moving my outdoor furniture. When they were finished they cleaned up everything! You couldn't even tell they had been here except for the new roof. Communication with the company was very painless. They were always available for any questions or concerns. We highly recommend them for any outdoor construction.
