  Daniel did a bad job of replacing the tiles on by roof, spoke to Mike said he would return my call to inspect the job, that's the last time I heard from Mike, and the office is closed.

  We have a pitched and flat roof combo. It’s mainly pitched but flat where the HVAC units sit. We hired All State a little over 3 years ago to put a new flat roof on. They left a huge mess on the patio and on the roof. We had to call them a couple of days after they left to come clean by up. They tried to say they weren’t finished yet but they didn’t come back until we called. Fast forward to 3 weeks ago when it rained hard every day for 3 days. Water was coming into our house and there was a lot of interior damage. We asked All State to come out and take a look. Daniel came to do the estimate. He had a terrible attitude. When I mentioned the flat roof, he kept saying what flat roof? After going on the roof, he tried to say the company who did the flat roof didn’t to a good job and he tried to blame the HVAC company saying they ran their condensation pipes onto the roof and the water pooled their with the combo causing an actual hole in the roof. You should have seen the look on his face when I told him All State did the flat roof and were the ones who took the condensation lines off. I had pictures to prove it. I also have a video from my backyard camera showing Daniel’s attitude and blame conversation that completely turned around when he found out Allstate did the job. Then he told us they were a family owned company and he was sure Mike would do the right thing. Nope, Mike won’t call back.

  I’m selling my home and needed a few roof tiles replaced, since the home inspector wrote this up. I checked a few sites and decided to call All State. The guy I talked to said to send him the inspection report and he would call me back. A couple of days went by and I did not hear from him. I called back and he sort of remembered me, so he said. He asked when I wanted the work done. I told him over the next few days. He said he would call me back on Monday to set up a date. Monday went by and Tuesday; no call, no email. On Tuesday and Wednesday I left two messages and resent an email. I have yet to hear anything back from them. Maybe they went out of business, since they obviously can’t run one… I called another company and the next day they had someone come out for the estimate. They have me scheduled to complete the work next week. I would not recommend All State at all, look elsewhere.

  They did my house, and they experienced problems that we did not know were there. And they still got it done. The price was comparable and lower than some other estimates and the owner. Mike it is really cool

  Their mistake is where they won me over (see last 3 paragraphs) --------- I have a large single story home built in the 1990s that needed the underlayment replaced. Big job - there was a full crew here for over a week. They used premium materials - all new wood battens, didn't try to re-use any of the old ones. They used a lifetime warranty synthetic underlayment, which I also appreciated. The bid was in line with my lowest other bid so I didn't pay extra. They had proof of insurance and worked with me to get the home warranty company to pay its share. The roof seems to work, looks good, they cleaned up after themselves, etc. Overall I was quite happy with the job. Where they really shined though was where they screwed up! A broom fell off the roof during the job and smashed the rear window of my car. I thought for sure I'd have to fight to have them pay for it. I was astonished - Mike took care of it immediately without question. Literally the day after it happened he paid for the window to be replaced. This is a business that is honorable, and I would use them again without question.

  All State did a great job with my full re-roof. I was able to talk to Mike (the owner) directly and he answered all my questions and kept me informed through the whole process.

  AllState Roofing did a great job roofing our house. We stayed in the house while the work was being done and it was not loud. Each day the crew cleaned up the yard of any debris. Our house looks great! Thanks AllState

  Using All State Roofing to install my roof was the easiest thing I have done in many years. Mike and his crew did a fantastic job, quickly and efficiently. They left my property very clean and neat. I couldn't be more pleased and would highly recommend All State Roofing to anyone.

  Daniel and his team were very punctual and professional. He delivered an exceptional and quality looking roof. I am totally impressed more importantly I’m extremely satisfied with the results. Definitely call all state roofing if you need roof work done. They are amazing at what they do
