The first three are Google’s own figures for All Roofing Solutions, read on 24 September 2026; the share is of every rating Google has counted, not of the review texts on this page. The median is ours — the middle figure among the Delaware roofers we list with enough ratings to compare.

Lower than most — the typical roofer in Delaware sits at 1.5%. A higher share is a reason to read the critical reviews below, not a verdict.
The critical reviews
The one and two-star reviews, first. These are what a star average hides, and they are the reason this page exists.
We hold no one or two-star review text for All Roofing Solutions. That is not the same as there being none — it means our capture did not reach any. The rating breakdown above is Google’s own count and is the number to go on.
What reviewers keep mentioning
Topics Google extracted from this business’s reviews, with how many mention each. These are words that appeared in reviews, which is not the same as a service the business sells.

Jack was very quick to address a repair that we needed after terrible storms. His estimate was fair and professionalism/timeliness amazing. Will definitely consider using them for when we need our roof redone this fall and if so will follow-up about that too!

I had to replace a 30-year old roof and after a long investigation I picked All Roofing Solutions out of several highest-rated DE companies. I was not disappointed: Jack and his team were professional, thorough, and courteous. They did a top-notch job and everything was on time, moreover the price was VERY reasonable. Highly recommended!

Where this page comes from
Every figure above is Google’s, captured on 24 September 2026. The star average and the 16 ratings behind it are counted by Google across all of its reviews. The review text on this page is a sample — we hold 16, of which 15 have any text — and it is not everything Google shows.
Roof Warden does not verify licenses, bonds, insurance or workers’ compensation cover, and nothing on this page should be read as though we had. Confirm those directly with the contractor and with your state or provincial licensing body before you hire anyone.
