  Update: 8/5/26 They responded to my review and are claiming that I left a review for the wrong company. The number I texted in the photos I attached matches their Google listing’s phone number. Multiple reviews list Don as a contact and Don is the person who asked me to text him photos. Dodging accountability does nothing to appease my mistrust of this company. Original: 8/5/26 I have been trying to use All Roofing and Siding for over 8 months. I used their online form to submit an inquiry in December 2025 and they emailed me back asking for photos a few days later. They quoted me a fair price and have good reviews, so I wanted to move forward. Unfortunately, all contact since then has been initiated by me and my messages have frequently been ignored. Over 8 months later I have never actually met anyone from the company in person. It has been 4 months since my scheduled appointment was cancelled via text less than 24 hours prior because they said the ordered siding was not delivered, and I was not notified that the shipment had not arrived until I reached out myself. It took him over 24 hours to respond when I tried to confirm my appointment. I’m overall dissatisfied with my experience with All Siding and Roofing.

  Put up the wrong color gutters and refused to correct his mistake. Would not recommend under any circumstances.

  I told your husband color was wrong before ever running first gutter. Your husband approved color and said you were painting them anyway. Paid me too. I offered free labor to change. You refused. Good luck

  I would love to tell you about the quality of their work, but I wouldn’t know. I reached out via their website and received no response. Knowing many of these companies are busy, I waited two weeks and sent a direct email. Over a week later and still no response. With work schedules, it is usually much easier to fire off a quick email, and it’s 2021. Email isn’t tricky. If those aren’t going to be methods of contact, then please do not offer them. We were looking to have gutters and siding done, but I guess it wasn’t worth their time.

  Really don’t know why I haven’t responded to this. But initially I said something need repaired. You said”I only want you to do what I asked you to do”. So I repaired what your sister pointed out for you. Well I showed her another area that had to be repaired first before section you wanted could be repaired. $5 part. So had to come back next day. I did for free. Week later you find another area your sister never pointed out and demanded it for free. I said price. You refused. You know. You said Don does good work. I’ve done couple small jobs for you. Did good on them or you wouldn’t have had me back. NEVER SEEN GOOD REVIEW.There was nothing I was paid for that I didn’t complete or she would not have paid me. This was/is just wrong.

  It was the most unprofessional job I've ever seen, They where totally unprepared and the owner was rude. I wouldn't advise using this (SO CALLED) company.

  I've read all these wonderful reviews and hoped I would have the same experience. I honestly don't think he wants business or can't handle what he has. My husband met with him about a month ago, he's called numerous times to try to get him to follow-up with quote and samples. He assures us he's on it. I've finally given up hope. I hate writing bad reviews but I hate it when people tell you they will do something and don't. I would have been fine if he said, "I'm so busy it will 6 months before I can get to you," or "This job is not worth my time so you should probably find someone else." So frustrated that I've wasted a month on this guy. Terrible customer service.

  Guess this was never responded. Sorry. Spoke with your husband at this time he said no rush. Never spoke with you. Thought I was speaking with man in charge of your project. Sorry. Again I told him when I met with your husband I was behind and it would take me weeks to catch up.

  We’ve worked with this team across multiple properties, both our primary home and several investment properties, and they have been nothing short of exceptional every single time. When you’re managing multiple roofs, you need a company you can trust to be consistent, responsive, and do quality work… and they deliver on all of that. Their communication is always clear, timelines are reliable, and they go above and beyond to make sure everything is done right. What I appreciate most is that I never feel like just another job on their list. They genuinely care and take pride in their work. It’s rare to find a company you can confidently call for every property without hesitation, but that’s exactly what we’ve found here. Grateful for a team that makes something as important as roofing feel seamless and stress-free. Highly recommend!

  In The age of technology when every company you call is either AI, Routed through a switchboard, Or just doesn’t even bother… I was very happy that a real person picked up the phone. Answered my questions. It was out there by the end of the day to fix the problem. Customer Service is a lost art. But they haven’t. Direct, to the point, and honest what more could you want from a company… maybe a cupcake?

  Great experience from start to finish. I found the company through a google search. Owner answered and was able to come out same day to estimate. He was able to fit us in quickly and completed the job efficiently. The work was clean and well done and affordable.

  Don was very responsive, came out the same day to give us quote on new gutters and showed up to do the job when he said he would. We even has some issues with our existing fascia which he took care of for us. We'll be needing to replace Siding and Gutters back!

  They are amazing, i had to leave for an hour and didn’t know he was coming so he installed my downspout without question and texted me and told me it was done. Very rare do companies do that or have trust in their clients to pay afterwards. He did such a good job and the gutter matched perfectly. Thanks again!

  Don and crew did an excellent job replacing the gutters on my house. The work was very through and they were very respectful of my property. A few issues were discovered but Don was quick to inform me and provide the best options to correct them. HIs prices are very fair and reasonable. I highly recommend All Roofing Siding and Gutters.
