My partner & I reached out to John after having All Pro’s ad shared by a family friend. In the end, we decided to go with another company and John’s response to this information was to be passive aggressive and tell us “Good luck, you’re gonna need it with the condition of your house.” Should have checked Google reviews first as this is apparently not the first time he’s had an attitude with prospective customers. Glad we trusted our instincts and decided to go elsewhere. People are allowed to not do business with you and by having an attitude that just ensures they never will and will not have anything good to say about you to anyone else who may be considering doing so. Do better.

Highly disrespectful and unprofessional. We were going to go with them to fix our roof and after talking to John, we decided to drop them. He was so rude and did not take our repairs serious. I would go with another company.

All pro improvement inc., Macomb, mi. Not the other ones take note!! John and his team are fantastic, not sure who these others are on here slamming him, they have now repaired and or re-roofed 3 homes for me, along with my nephews place and we couldn't be happier. I am letting everyone know he is the one to call for repairs or full roof. Cost, Timing, Workmanship and Professionalism showed with their 50 yrs experience. Truly the best local team to use!

We hired John to complete a roof and shutter replacement. Our existing roof had two layers and needed repairs before placing the new roof. He and his team completed the work timely and professionally. He has done work for us in the past and we will continue to use him and his team.
