  I know I will never hire this company. If the jerk that was driving the truck with the plate ACR 3at 6:30 in the morning on 6/24/2026 is any indication of their employees, I don't want them working on my house. Tailgating at 60mph where the speed limit is 55 on highway 44 between Star and Eagle. Great way to represent a company.

  Sent one guy. Charged for two. Threatened to put a lien on my house when I disputed the charge.

  Thank you for your feedback. We’d like to clarify a few important details for accuracy. This was an emergency service call placed on a Saturday due to an active roof leak. In response, we dispatched our on-call repair team to protect the home from further interior damage. Two technicians were assigned to the call. After assessing the situation, the immediate priority was to stop water intrusion. One technician remained onsite while the other temporarily left to obtain the properly sized tarp required to secure the damaged area. The roof was then tarped the same day to prevent additional leaking, and the homeowner was informed that we would return to complete the permanent repair. We have photo documentation to attest to this. When our team returned to perform that repair, we found the work had already been completed by another party. Our invoice reflected the emergency response and mitigation services performed, which are documented. When payment was declined, we advised of standard collection options available to any Idaho-licensed contractor for completed work. We understand that billing conversations can be frustrating, but our team responded promptly to an urgent situation and took appropriate steps to protect the property from further damage as requested and we are simply wanting paid for the emergency service that was provided.

  The driver of this company was very aggressive on the road, was disrespectful to other fellow drivers, and kept weaving in and out of traffic cutting off other vehicles. Would not recommend such a company to work on my house or anyone else's.

We do require our employees to drive safely and according to the law, and not doing so is reason for dismissal. Unfortunately, you did not give enough information for us to determine which employee it was or what vehicle it was. As such, we have notified all of our employees that this occurred and hope this does not happen in the future. It appears that you are a business owner by the name Masterbuilt Designs. And I would suggest that next time you feel the need to report an errant driver, call the business directly or call the police if the situation warrants it. Thank you very much.   Poor quality roofing... called three times for these people to come out and fix the bad roofing job they did.. don't recommend.. call someone elese..

  All County Roofing is unprofessional, over priced, dishonest and I would not recommend them for business commercial work. Brian the owner is rude, a bully and dishonest.

  We scheduled an appointment with All County Roofing and were given a 4 hour window of when they would arrive. Had to take time off from work to wait for them. They never showed up or called.They lost my business. I do not recommend.

  Both front office staff and roofer who did the work were very unorganized. Roofer wasn't sure what he was supose to fix and showed up with no supplies. Front office wasn't sure on scheduling and I never knew when roofer was going to show …

  They did an excellent job on roofing our 60 yr old shed. Got the quote ,they showed up and did the job in 4 days. They were half the price of a previous quote we had. They charge exactly what the quote was. The crew did the job fast and it looks wonderful.

  I was really impressed with the professionalism of the team at All County Roofing. They arrived on time, explained the roof repair process clearly, and completed the job quickly.   Martin repaired some deteriorated chimney components. His work was timely, totally professional and completed to my total satisfaction. He represents All County Roofing superbly and has a truly positive attitude. Conditions were tough (100 degrees on the roof) but he kept smiling and was totally committed to doing a perfect job.   We had shopped around and ultimately decided to go with All County. Kyle was great and gave us an estimate which was competitively priced.
