  Following behind a company truck on HWY 169, installation blowing out the bed of the truck, very unprofessional. Also passenger side mirror was completely shattered. Vehicle plate number 069NT1

  Avoid working with All American Roofing and Restoration LLC if at all possible. We had a terrible experience. We needed a window replaced while under warranty and it took FOREVER to get someone to come out. We were charged a trip fee of $200. The installer didn't have the correct tool to finish the installation and left with a plan to return "in the next few days". The window wasn't functional. He never returned and when we called again, we were charged another trip fee ($150 this time) for someone to come and correct the issue. When we got the bill in the mail, we were given 3 days to pay it. We were out of town at the time and received a follow up call stating if we don't pay the bill within 7 days they threatened to place a lien on our property. AWFUL customer service. We were patient with them but are beyond irritated that they threatened to place a lien on our property after the bill was unpaid for a short period of time.

  All American Roofing was hired via a public adjuster. They would email/call me once a month, asking me the same question over and over again. This went on for 6+ months. No work was ever done, no on-site meeting was held to look at the windows. They completely ignored me and my business. Poor customer service. Beware.....

  We were lied to by them! We were told we would definitely get a new roof covered and they were taking it to a public insurance adjuster and we’ve heard nothing in months!

  We had some cedar shakes come off of our house over the winter. We reached out to Jimmy and Cathy at All-American and they did all of the repair work for us! You cannot even tell which shakes needed replacing. Absolutely flawless. Thank you, Jimmy and Cathy!

  Jimmy is such a caring & thoughtful man, he used his roof rake & scraped off snow from my roof to prevent ice dams & I am so very grateful!!

  We needed a new roof for our garage. Insurance would only cover the house. ;( We contacted Jimmy and he came over the same day we called. We had a new roof within a couple of weeks and at a very reasonable price. It looks great, the workers did an amazing job. they were efficient and had everything back in order before they left. Highly recommend All American!

  My husband and I had an unfortunate vandalism experience involving bullets that damaged the exterior siding of our home Summer of 2024. I contacted Jimmy Thurman and his team at All American Restoration and within one week he was at our house inspecting the damage and taking care of business. Highly recommend All American Restoration and their professional, trustworthy, and experienced team!
