  Contract to replace “all” curling cedar roof tiles. Expected about 50 tiles but only replaced about 10. Two of the new tiles were split and one of the tiles was completely loose never nailed down. Workers left trash and many loose on …

  I'll change my review depending on how they resolve my issue. We had our metal roof installed 7-8 years ago with a 10 year warranty. We started having water come in our upstairs bathroom through a penetration that was originally sealed by them. I contacted them on December 16th and the lady answering the phones was polite and said someone would get back with us. It had been raining and water was coming in, so I called again on the 18th and they said someone would be getting back with us that day. The rep did try to reach me and my attempt to call back went to voicemail. I sent another email on the 21st, stating that we're getting into the holidays and asked when we should be receiving a call as it's been raining. Did not heard back and sent another email on the 28th, as it's been raining again and I'm concerned about water damage. I'm disappointing with their lack of concern, communication and completely shutting down during the holidays. I guess if you're going to have them do your roof, pick the right time. I'm going to give them another week before we get the roof repaired by someone else and have the lawyers collect on their warranty. Bill

  Very messy workers and they work very unsafe. The owner was advised of all the issues with his worksite and has done nothing to correct it . When debris is being dumped it flies all over and is not cleaned up. Jesus the owner is very nasty and talks to women in a condensing matter. I have watched a job site go on for months and they only have showed up randomly. I would not recommend them after dealing with the owner and seeing how they work. I would call and make sure permits are in place and look at their safety record before hiring this company to do any work.. Very Disrespectful

  my mom wanted to help get a neighbors roof fixed and called this company no call back my mom waited a week called them, a lady answered saying they were on the west call they will call back in 5 days . mom waited no answer so she called them back. they said one guy would call back, but no call back then a few weeks later we get an estimate /contract for a shingle room

  On time. Quality work. This is my third roof with All American Roofing. Plus the crews are working in 90-100 degree temps not including the humidity. Keep up the good work.

  All American Roofing & Coating in FL replaced my old metal with a new 24 gauge steel roof, and did an excellent job. The company has some very good personnel (Mike/sales, Skyler/site manager, and installation crews). Skyler went far beyond expectations to help a plumber repair a leaking water line beneath the roof. All American is located in Stuart, FL and I would not hesitate to recommend them.

  I am very happy with the work All American Roofing did. They came in with the most competitive price, were professional and courteous and communicated well through the entire process. The crews came everyday at 8:30 and were gone by 5. My roof looks great and we are very happy.
