My roof was repaired after i complained to the BBB and posted a negative review. Roof should have been fixed much sooner but at least they did fix it. …

Visited my house and said they would get back with quote...no response and couldn't be bothered to return repeated calls. Run, don't walk away.

We used them years ago with our previous house, we were very happy with them back then. Tried using them now for our new house and I can’t believe how much their customer service has gone down hill. Dealt with Titus with our previous home, he was good. Now dealing with Paul, what a joke. We went with another company for our new home.

Jerks! They did nothing but bad mouth their competition. Do you think when you do that you look superior to your customers? Tossed the quote.

Poor attitude, don't waste your time, because your wasting theirs apparently!

Called on Monday evening and talked to a gentleman about getting a quote. The gentlemen said someone would call me that evening or the next morning. No call. Called on Wednesday about 1 PM and asked about the quote. The lady asked for my information again. I told her I had called on Monday and no one got back to me. She said the quotes take several days I said forget it she said "whatever". I called back again to advise her that the I was told that I would have a call on Monday night or Tuesday morning. She told me she would tell the salesperson. My gripe is that WHY do I have to call back? So much for trying to get someone who advertises in the METRO ONE.

I recently got half my garage roof done by this company. The quote came quickly and the work was done within a few weeks. The quote was affordable, and the work looks professional and well done. Will come back in the future when the rest of my home and the other half of my garage needs to be done. Thank you kindly for your services, god bless you all.

It has been many years since Alice did my roofing for me. They did an excellent job by resheeting and shingling my very high roof. I would highly recommend them for all your roofing needs.

Alice Roofing went above and beyond to accommodate our tight time line. A big shout out to the crew, who were highly professional, efficient both with installation and cleanup! Thank you to Titus for coming out for estimate, as well as making sure our time line was possible. His professional, friendly manner was much appreciated. Highly recommend Alice Roofing!

I cannot overstate how amazing my experience with Alice Roofing was. I was in dire need of a new roof/shingles due to years of neglect and water damage, but as a single dad, cost was a big issue. I called a dozen other reputable places who either quoted monstrously unfair pricing, or didnt even bother to show up. Then a friend advised that Alice Roofing did quality work for reasonable rates. From the sales/quoting portion all the way to the install team and cleanup - every step was professional and courteous. There were several issues that came up as needing immediate attention including removing my rotten chimney and a ton of extra carpentry to replace rotten wood; most places would see these items as a way to pump the bill way up - but all of this was done for an incredibly fair and reasonable price. Seriously, I could not have found a better price on the extras even among the "cash deal" guys and I know this because I looked into removing the chimney previously and received quotes over 1500 - Alice did it for less than half of that. No joke, these guys saved my home and I couldn't be more grateful. Thanks Alice roofing!!!!
