  They did my roof. While doing it they were messy and I had to remind them so they corrected. But still found nails and debris Six month after I called them for leaking from side but never answered me. At recent hail damage I called them to asses it so they came back. Since then I call for side of roof leaks but never answered my call. I really disappointed

  Hi Daham, Thank you for your feedback. We completed a full roof replacement for your home on August 1, 2023, and did not receive any complaints afterward. In July 2024, we also repaired your old gutter leak free of charge, even though it was outside our warranty scope. Following the hailstorm on August 5, 2024, you contacted us, and we clearly explained that the damage was caused by a natural disaster and should be claimed through your home insurance. Unfortunately, you declined to proceed that way. Due to the high volume of emergency calls from thousands of affected homeowners, we were unable to provide ongoing personal consultation at that time. We finish our customer's siding repairing yesterday, sorry for left few pcs old siding on your property. Since we received your complaint, we sent our workers back to your property within the hour to perform a full cleanup. Hope you satisfied with the cleaning.

  They worked on my neighbors house roofing in April 18, 2022. Their ladder fell on our house and damaged the vents and siding. They knew I am home as dog was outside and they stopped by to leave business card so that we can be in contact to fix the issue. They promised to come to repair it in a week. I emailed them the very same day so they have my email and phone number. There was quiet, no response. On May 5th I called them to ask if they can finally come repair. That was the first time they asked me to send the dimensions and color of the siding. They didn't care until then even though they had my contact. They said it needs to be ordered and it will take two weeks. The birds started nesting in the vent and its causing additional damage. I texted them again on July 27th, 2022 that I will try to book other company and they will be liable for the invoice. However everybody was busy so I could not get anybody to fix it. They did not respond to it at all. At the end of August I opened the BB case and left a nasty review here on Google. To which they finally reacted with a phone call on August 30th. They said they are coming first week of September to fix the damages they caused this spring. Guess what. ... I texted them one more time on October 4th, 2022 that I am going to file Albetra Consumer Complaint. They texted me back that they are coming on October 8th and that they want the review down. They finally showed up on the agreed date on October 8th and they fixed the issue. The new repair is satisfactory. I closed the BBB complain and updated this review with the timeline of true events.

  We had a very positive experience with Alibaba for replacing the roof. The consultation was very informative, professional, and provided clear recommendations without pressure.   My house was damaged by hail, and last year a friend recommended their company to me. After comparing options, I found that not only were their prices reasonable, but their service was also excellent. They did an outstanding job repairing my home. Just yesterday, I thought the noise I heard during windy conditions was due to an improperly installed sink. After I informed them, they arranged for someone to come and inspect it the very same day. It turned out the noise was caused by a loosened soffit due to age, not something covered under their previous repair work. To my surprise, they fixed it for me free of charge, which I truly appreciate.
