We've lived in Whitewater Creek for 12 years and our roof was showing its age - granule loss in the gutters, a couple of soft spots on the decking. Advanced Roofing came out, gave us an honest assessment, and didn't try to push anything we …

Thanks, Jonathan! We really appreciate you trusting us after 12 years in Whitewater Creek. Glad the assessment felt straightforward and the new architectural shingles turned out the way you hoped—especially getting it wrapped up in a day and a half. Enjoy the refreshed look, and let us know if you ever need anything down the road.

Got a roof replacement and drywall repair in our bonus room after a leak went undetected for a while. The roofing crew was fast and the sheetrock guys made the ceiling look like nothing ever happened. Only knock is I had to follow up once on scheduling, but once work started it went perfectly. Would still recommend.

We were on the fence between asphalt and metal for our roof replacement in Highgrove. Advanced walked us through the pros and cons honestly - didn't push the more expensive option, just laid out the facts. We went with metal and love it. The financing made the higher upfront cost manageable. GAF-certified crew that clearly knows what they're doing."

Thanks so much, Wendy! I’m glad our team could help you compare asphalt vs. metal without any pressure and that you’re loving the metal roof. Happy to hear the financing made it a comfortable fit, too. We really appreciate you trusting Advanced with your Highgrove home!

When Does Gutter Repair Make More Sense Than Gutter Replacement? Not every gutter problem means the entire system needs to be replaced. In some cases, a focused repair can restore proper drainage and extend the life of the gutters without the cost and disruption of a full replacement. Repair may make sense when the issue is limited to a small section, such as a loose connection, minor leak, isolated sagging area, or damaged fastener. If most of the gutter system is still secure, properly pitched, and free of widespread deterioration, addressing the specific problem may be enough. Replacement becomes more practical when problems are showing up in several areas at once. Repeated leaks, extensive rust or corrosion, major separation from the fascia, sections that no longer hold their shape, or ongoing overflow despite cleaning and repairs can indicate that the system is no longer performing as it should. The age and overall condition of the gutters should also be considered. Continuing to repair a system that is failing in multiple places may only delay a larger project. Advanced Roofing & Interiors provides gutter repair, installation, cleaning, and maintenance services. If you are seeing leaks, sagging, overflow, or other drainage issues, having the entire system evaluated can help determine whether a targeted repair or full replacement is the better solution for your home.20 hours agoLearn more
