  They installed new turbines and when we got high winds we heard one the turbines and sounded as though the roof was going to fall in. We have called multiple times and get no response

Wind-driven turbine noise can occasionally occur during extreme weather conditions, and we understand how concerning that can be for a homeowner. Our records show we were in communication regarding the issue and did return to make the repair. While we may not have been able to respond as quickly as you hoped at the time, we did work to resolve the concern and stand behind our workmanship.   They scheduled me a 2:30-3:30 time for someone to come out and look at my roof for a quote. I got off work early just so I don't miss this person, and no one showed. Got a call AT 3:30 to let me know the guy was running late, so we changed it to 5:30. I waited til 6 and left because I had somewhere better to be. HE finally calls me at 7:20 to ask what my address was to verify my house. Yeah, that's not going to work for me. WASTED MY FREAKEN TIME.

  Hired them to do a repair job, paid them, they came out, but the repair didn't take. We took pictures, asked them to come back out and fix it. After several months, they never did. I left a review about their ineffective repair job, which they asked me to delete in exchange for their promise that they would come back out. They, again, never did, and we called a more respectable company. Would not recommend to anyone. I suppose that they threaten anyone that leaves them a negative review, as they certainly do not deserve the rating they have on here in my experience.

  I worked with Gerald Owens with Adam & Son's after a severe hail storm hit my home. Gerald and his crew were great to work with and assisted me during the whole process from insurance claims, working with the adjuster to having my roof replaced. I would recommend them and will for sure reach out if I need anything else done.

  Gerald Owens Customer Service is OUTSTANDING!!! We had talked to multiple roofing companies until we found Adams and Sons Roofing. Gerald Owens was our sale representative and WOW! He made the process effortless, so easy. There was no pressure. He spent several weeks, consistently and constantly answering calls and text messages regarding any questions that we would have. From early in the morning until late in the evening. Honestly this was one of the easiest things that we have ever done. Hardest thing about this process was choosing which shingle color we wanted. We definitely recommend Gerald Owens and Adam’s and Sons Roofing to anyone who asks. We will also be using them for any additional upgrades we do on our house. Couldn’t ask for a better salesman, company and process! Thank you Gerald and Adam’s and Sons for being the best, no pressure, honest and affordable roofing companies and for doing such an amazing job!

  I recently had some work done after storm damage over Easter weekend. Gerald took care of us and the communication was great. Once the work got started he made sure it got done quick. I 100% recommend Adam’s and Son and will use them again for any future needs. Thanks so much!
