gutters were sagging bad on one side and the soffit had a couple spots where birds kept getting in., Adam's crew fixed all of it in maybe half a day which was nice. they matched the materials pretty well to what was already there on the Venice house. fair price, no complaints

They replaced all the soffit panels along the back of our house, I think it was like 40 linear feet or something close to that. The old ones were vinyl and had started to warp and a couple had actual holes where something chewed through, maybe squirrels, who knows. The new panels are vented which I guess helps with attic airflow, and they color matched them to the existing trim so you can't really tell which sections are original and which got swapped. Took them most of one day. The underside of the roofline looks solid again.

Installation of new gutters solved everything! Our basement used to flood and the problem is no more now. We added some extra downpipes and protective meshes, so rain should no more be a menace!
