Action Exteriors just completed my new roof and it is BEAUTIFUL! They were so friendly and efficient throughout the entire process. Lee was my sales consultant and he did a wonderful job getting us set up and ready for the install. Jordan was on site during the install and everything went as planned and was seamless from my perspective. Wonderful experience with Action Exteriors.

They were very adaptable to our schedule. Action Exteriors did an excellent job, correcting and repairing hidden roof damage. Overall my roof looks great. They worked with our insurance company to ensure that all repairs that were needed; and paid for by our insurance company I would highly recommend them, they are good, honest company.

Good experience with Action Exteriors Fort Worth. I would recommend them and will be using them for future projects. I called to get an inspection for a roof leak we had. The dispatcher was polite and schedule the inspection for the very next day. On the day of they sent a GPS tracker link so I could see exactly when my inspector would show up. The inspector, Max, was friendly & respectful. His inspection appeared to be very through as it took about two hours. After he said he found a few issues and would send me an itemized proposal. There was a bit of a delay (apparently due to Max getting sick), but the owner, Jordan, called to apologized and worked to get me my proposal a few days later. He offered several apologizes even though I didn't think it was that big of a deal. Once I schedule the work to be done the team was very communicative. Wrote several texts such as, "Good morning Sir, I wanted to ask your permission to back into the driveway to offload the materials?" and other very respectful communications like that. They showed up on time and met with me before they started work to ensure I understood exactly what would happen and answer any questions I had. They originally planned only 1-3 hours to do my repair, but due to a number of extract leaks they found it ended up taking about a day and a half. They found several other issues and gave me options to deal with them, but were not pushy. In the end they took care of everything within my set budget. When the project was done they again sat down with me to go over what was done and gave me a detailed report with a lot of before and after pictures and descriptions. I was pleased with their work and especially their professionalism.

Andrew at Action Exteriors stopped by our home to give us an estimate on our roof damage caused by wind. We ended up hiring him for the job. His communication was excellent, he showed up on time and did excellent work. We are extremely happy with Andrew and Action Exteriors. Will definitely recommend this company and will contact them for future projects.

What a great experience I had, working with Andrew from Action Exteriors! Andrew came out to my house for a small shingle replacement and did a fantastic job. The work was high-quality, done quickly, and the price was very fair. What really stood out was how easy the company was to work with — friendly, professional, and communicative from start to finish. It’s not always easy finding someone who treats a small job with as much care as a big one, but they absolutely did. I highly recommend Andrew and Action Exteriors to anyone needing roofing or any other exterior work done!

Action Exteriors is the best! Andrew and Max fixed my roof quickly and for a great price. I had some singles torn from a windstorm and trusted them to do the work professionally, which they did. After they were done they showed me additional areas of my roof that they fixed and sealed for me... for free! Because of their highly professional people, Action Exteriors is a company I will recommend to ANYONE needing work done on their home.

Andrew came out to inspect our roof earlier this week. I had a hard time finding where the leak was in my roof, but Andrew was quickly able to identify the issue. Aside from helping find the issue, he was responsive even prior to showing up, showed up at the time he said he would (which if you’ve worked with contractors, you know is rare), and took the time to explain what he found in detail and what the remedies were. If you’re looking for someone that’s detailed, responds in a timely manner and actually follows through, I’d suggest giving Andrew a call. Overall it’s great to have someone out to your house that feels like they care.

Thanks so much for the kind words, Shawn! We’re glad Andrew could quickly find the leak and provide a clear, detailed roof inspection. Action Exteriors is proud to serve DFW homeowners with reliable, on-time roofing service.

Your time is valuable, and upgrading your home shouldn't feel like a hostage situation. We recently met a homeowner who was so exhausted by a competitor's six-hour high-pressure sales pitch—stretching from 3:00 PM to 9:30 PM—that they almost gave up on getting new windows entirely. At Action Exteriors, we respect your intelligence and your schedule. We believe in a completely transparent, zero-pressure process. We show up, give you the facts, provide an honest quote, and leave the decision entirely up to you.Jun 29, 2026Book
