  Just had my roof done by Brayden and his team from Acres Roofing. Can’t thank them enough for a beautiful roof as well as amazing friendly service! From the time he came to give me a quote (which was by far the most reasonable one), he’s been in constant communication every step of the project, start to finish. I’m thrilled by how much attention they paid to every detail including the clean up. I will be using them again for other projects. I highly recommend them! EDIT...My satisfaction with my roof was short lived. I woke up in the morning to a flood all over my laminate floors below my newly installed skylight. It had rained all night. I texted Brayden and he came over to check it out a few hours later. It was quickly determined after pouring buckets of water over the skylight that there was a significant leak. Brayden and his team fixed the leak and replaced the shingles around the skylight. He acknowledged the damage done to our floor from the leak and assured us that he would reach out to a friend he had at a company that does flooring and get back to us. I should've anticipated that he'd take no responsibility as he made a few comments implying that it was somehow our fault that our floor buckled because we hadn't cleaned the water up fast enough while we were sleeping. I reached out to Brayden twice after they left that day hoping that he would make things right, he didn't. To say that I'm disappointed is an understatement. The skylight not being installed properly is not the end of the world but the lack of responsibility for the damage that was done and implication that we allowed the water to pool on the floor is disgusting. This company has no integrity to treat customers this way and I do not recommend them. Choose your roofers carefully!

  Called on Saturday about a repair needed to be done. By the next morning the work was being done at an affordable price. Easy experience all around!

  Brayden and his team from Acres Roofing are spectacular. I was looking to replace the roof on my property after a couple of years of neglect. From start to finish, the experience was very enjoyable. I was very impressed with how clean they left my property after they left as well. I would highly recommend them if you’re looking for a quality Roofer in Ottawa.

  Excellent! They showed up on time, completed a very clean and professional installation, and kept the job site tidy by cleaning up at the end of each day. Brayden was responsive throughout the project, answered all of our questions, and delivered excellent workmanship.   As soon as we met Brayden we knew we were going to hire his company for the roof replacement at our house. When Brayden arrived he did so in a fully branded looking very presentable and professional. Within ten minutes of meeting him he was up on the roof inspecting shingles and flashing. When he came back down he went through everything with us. What they could find while the works are taking place and any costs that might arise from it. He provided us with brochures for the shingles and went through the warranty for the GAF products he uses. He also reassured us that the team he works with are not subcontracted and are employed directly by Acres. We had another couple of companies come to quote us for works and they didn’t even go on the roof. The day before the works were to take place a dumpster on wheels arrived. Acres use these to protect your driveway. The next day Brayden and his crew were there early and got started on the works. It took two days for a full replacement and updating to the flashing. Communication from Brayden and his team was top notch. The new roof looks great and we are more than happy with the results. They take great care to ensure that everything is done correctly and the clean up was excellent and the supplying of drone photos is great. We also had gutter guards installed and took the time to inspect all the gutters on the house even tightening up some points that would assist with water flow. Collection of the dumpster took place the next day we had gone out and returned when the collection was taking place. The driver had pulled out of our driveway and went back to inspect there were no nails present another nice touch. Brayden and his team even assisted us with a delivery making sure the work area was clear and allowed easy access to our house. I’d like to thank Brayden and his team of, Damien, Nathanyel and Jayden for doing such great job with minimal disruption, I had a neighbour say he was impressed with the speed the gu

  Braydon is courteous, and professional. He did an excellent job in preventing birds and other wildlife from getting in to my dryer exhaust fan. Would highly recommend.

  THIS MAN CARES! Brayden came out to inspect an ongoing leak on my roof. He not only located and fixed the leak, but went above and beyond to fix other small issues while he was up there and didn't even expect anything from me. Very fair price. He was quick, thorough, kind, and documented everything showing me the before and after picture. I won't go to anyone else for anything roof related. Overall a great experience leaving the customer happy! Thank you Brayden.

  We had our roof replaced by Acres Roofing (Brayden) and they did a fantastic job! They were extremely friendly throughout the whole process and were very thorough with their work, carefully and diligently cleaning up after it was done.
