After investing $8,850 with ACR Roofing Ottawa, I expected much better service. Unfortunately, communication and overall execution were below standard.

Adam and his team were very professional, prompt communication responses. They completed my roofing project on time and on budget. Clean up after job completion was perfect as well. I highly recommend ACR roofing for your roofing job. Thanks again Adam!

Showed up on time & did the job! Looks great. Adam made a few good suggestions for other fixes and we also did those. A good ezperience and would recommend to others. They have done a few projects for us so far with more to come.

Adam and his team are so professional, honest and hardworking. We had our roof done Sept 2025 by someone else and unfortunately he botched the job which caused leaking and water damage in our baby’s room. Adam came out to us right away to inspect the issue, found the problem, and fixed it right away. He even found other issues that the previous guy ignored! Very communicative, friendly and hardworking (him and his team). I will recommend him to anybody! What was an extremely stressful last two weeks was made better thanks to Adam!

Adam and his crew fitted in a very necessary roof repair which was stressing us out to no end. We have had some unfortunate experiences with contractors in the past. We were thrilled with the job that Adam and his crew completed. The price was very fair and Adam was a pleasure to work with. We highly recommend his company.

I recently had ACR Roofing replace my roof. The company responded promptly to my initial request for a roof inspection and scheduled the work quickly. Communication was easy and I was always kept in the loop. Everyone I dealt with was polite and professional. The new roof looks great.
