  Update2025: Roof is leaking again from their improper installation! 5th leak! Where do I begin, I’ve been through so much dealing with Acme roofing. I wasn’t going to say anything (just never recommend) but after being assaulted by an employee of there’s I’ve just had it with Acme roofing. I was first misled about cost of replacing my roof along with everything else damaged by hail, and eventually worked through that. Then after having my roof replaced I had to deal with not one leaking roof problem but two. My master bedroom ceiling is still stained with water spots and there’s various nail pops all throughout the house never addressed. I was told by Acme not to report the leaks to my insurance company, wish I had. They lied to me about the process that would take place. They explained to me that they would remove and replace the wet insulation and treat the wood to prevent mold. Then replace the damaged sheet rock and repaint. That never happened, they actually left 2 buckets of rain water sitting in my attic. After coming to “fix” my roof leak that was caused from improper installation, the very next rain shower my roof was leaking again in my master bedroom in the very same spot. After weeks of waiting because they kept asking the day prior unexpectedly to come over when I was not home instead of scheduling a day, they finally came for their second attempt to fix the roof. Again leaving rain water in the attic for months, but the most ridiculous thing of all they left the water hose on the side of my house completely turned all the way on, and it leaked for a whole entire month flooding the side of my neighbors and our yard. There’s still mud and no grass growing between our yards till this day. Then months later they finally come to “repair” the water damage. They did not do anything they said they would and became defensive when I asked if they were going to replace the wet insulation, treat the wood to prevent mold, replace the damaged sheet rock, and repain

  Our experience was smooth, easy, and very transparent! Many concessions were made to help us work out a flexible price point, especially in this economy, that meant a lot to us! We also didn’t feel like we were being sold something. The reps at acme were very down to earth and talked to us like people instead of a potential sale. In the end, the new roof looks great and the job was very well done! No nails in the grass so far which was important for us since we have kiddos.

  Kevin Crowley walked me through every detail of the replacement of my roof. The color is just right. It is a high quality shingle that gives me a discount on my homeowners insurance. My yard is cleaned up well and it was accomplished in less than a day. They worked with my schedule and made the process easy.

  Acme Roof has done several roofs for me and their workmanship is outstanding. I’m particularly impressed with the neatness of the job and how the job site is picked up so well. I never had to worry about nails or a mess. Also, the people of Acme are so so kind and professional. I would not use any other roofing company.
