I rarely leave reviews, but this experience was disappointing enough that I feel it’s necessary to share. Hiring this company for my roofing work turned out to be a mistake. While the initial consultation was smooth and professional, the actual execution did not live up to expectations at all. The crew seemed rushed and not very detail-oriented. As a result, the finished roof has several imperfections that are clearly visible. It doesn’t have the clean, polished look you would expect from a professional job. In addition, the work took longer than promised, and I was not kept informed about the delays. Another issue was the lack of proper cleanup. After the job was done, there were still materials and debris left behind, which I had to take care of myself. This added to the frustration. Overall, the service felt unorganized and below standard. For the price I paid, I expected better workmanship, better communication, and better overall service

I would highly recommend Ace Roofing. Will is local and has been in business in Columbia for 25 years so that speaks volumes to me about his attention to detail. They did a great job with the roof and also clean up afterwards. They even cleaned my skylights afterwards.

A neighbor had used ACE for two of his homes. Will, the owner, came out quickly, went on the roof, and gave me an estimate immediately that was much more reasonable than the competitor. Because it is winter and we had some nice days, his …

Will and his crew did a wonderful job on my roof. Reasonable price combined with excellent workers...I'm very happy with the finished product. Definitely left it better than they found it, did an awesome job with the clean-up. Have been in TN for almost 5 years and this is one of only 2 contractors that I have been impressed with.
