  Rafael and Robby were Very detailed and addressed all questions and concerns. Made buying the roof comfortable! Then the work got done. I was told the front facia would be fixed n they put 15ft in my contract and did not do the front. The reviewed the roof and said patio roof was fine then I see it peeling. When I addressed it with them they said not in my contract so they won't do it. Who gets there roof done to have these issues. I should not have to tell them what a good roof jobs is when they keep saying they been in business for 10yrs. Who wants the roof to look like the pictures I show. Good sale?/ bad work !

  Aroofing company that I don"t even want to review. Expensive , doesn"t keep its promises on construction schedules. IT"S NOT WORTH EVEN GIVING ONE STAR.

  I had my roof replaced in March.This is what it looks like when they were done. I have contacted them several times with no response and have not heard or seen anyone to come out and fix the roof or the leaks in my house. The water runs down both sides of my home and also right into my electrical box. I have more water leaking from the roof than I ever had before replacing it. Now maybe the cost of this is no big deal to them but it was an awful lot to us. So maybe if you don’t have any issues with your new roof all is well but beware that if you do you might be in the same situation as me. Leaks and no cooperation from them!! Good luck to all

  I've been trying to get my roof redone since February. They took the money and never did any work. They had my solar panels removed with a start date but that was in May, no one showed or call to tell me why. No one will answer calls text the owner hasn't even reached out. No one is in the office so going by is pointless. They have passed me around with different people all with promises to get it done but once the start date comes and goes i never hear back from them. Do not trust this company find a company that cares and doesn't lie.

  I can't begin to express how disappointing my experience with A1 Roofing was. I initially chose them based on a friend's recommendation, but that was a mistake. It started off with a free estimate that quickly turned into a pushy sales pitch—felt like I was buying a used car rather than simply getting an estimate! Despite that, I decided to move forward, hoping for a smooth process. Boy, was I wrong. The project manager was consistently dishonest throughout the entire process. They promised quick follow-ups and a start date in October, but we didn’t even get started until the third week of November. Every time I reached out, I was told it would be "just a few more days." After weeks of waiting, I began to lose trust. Once the project was finally "completed," the issues didn’t end there. The project manager claimed the entire list of unfinished items had been addressed, but when I went up to check myself, I found five things still not completed. The last part of the project was the installation of a rain gutter, which turned into a long waiting game. I was told for weeks that it was still being fabricated, only to later learn that the crew responsible for installing it was backed up. After weeks of waiting, I just asked them to forget the gutter and send me a final "paid in full" invoice. I had to ask a dozen times, but never received the "paid in full" invoice. Meanwhile, their accounting department was quick to send me invoices at every stage of the project, but when it came time to resolve issues, no one seemed to care or take responsibility. I even tried contacting other people in the company for help—no luck there either. Management is unresponsive, and even the salesperson couldn't get his boss to respond. I will give credit where it's due—the crew that did the actual work were hardworking and knowledgeable. Unfortunately, that’s where the positives end. The project manager’s dishonesty and the lack of communication and accountability from the company made

  Andreas came out and did a free roof inspection for us. He was straightforward about what he found and easy to talk to. Shared that our roof was still new-ish and in good condition and didn't try to oversell us. Glad we had it looked at.
