  I am very disappointed with this company. I called them for a roof fixing estimate and they visited to my home. They did a roof inspection and called me twice at that time and tried to sell me service for air condition electric problem fixing along with a roof. When they finished inspection they promised to send an estimate for the next day. I did not get it and call them. Lady told that someone will contact me. I got a call and they stated that they need more inspection and need to get in to the house. It was a surprise to me because they did not mentioned about it before. I offer them to contact my management company but they refuse that and said the house should be open for them at the inspection day. I have a negative impression about this company.

  Very happy with our service. From Jordan in sales, Kimberley so on top of things and Jose and his crew. Jose was so informative, professional and likable. They did a great job in over 110 degree weather, even painted all the vent covers to match the new roof. When they finished , they left the place in pristine condition. Beautiful roof, great folks to do business with.

  I had an amazing experience with this company! Yes, the not fun experience of having to replace roof shingles was made pleasant by everyone at this company. They were personable, timely, quality materials, and at a good price. Jordan and Kimberly went out of their way! The experience was truly a step above! Thank you!

  We had A Step Above do our house's reroofing. They did incredible work! There was one day towards the end of the project that there was a possibility of rain in forecast. We were obviously a bit concerned about that. We called them and they really picked up the pace of the work. They take great care of their customers.

  Months after buying a Sun City Summerllin house with a 30 yr. old roof, the rains came and the leaks began. A Step Above came out the next day and inspected the multiple areas leaking as well as the entire roof. From the start, communication was straightforward and simple in explaining the pros & cons of just fixing the leaks or replacing the entire TILE ROOF. Both estimates were very reasonable compared to other companies we consulted with, so we opted to redo the entire roof that came with a 10 YEAR WARRANTY. The office, Project Manager George and Owner Jeremie were always available to us throughout the entire process and even afterwards, which meant a lot to us. The work crew was punctual every day, were super professional and extremely friendly. Each phase was either delivered or done on time as scheduled. We were so happy we went with A Step Above and never worried again when it rained or the heavy winds came up. They are a reputable company and do a lot of roofs in our community and are highly respected. When we sold the house, Jeremie took it upon himself to forward our records and transfer the warranty to the new Buyer, an act we found to be so above and beyond professionalism. No Bait & Switch with these folks, so give them a call.

  A Step Above did an excellent job replacing my roof. Jeremie, Joe and the crew are very professional, courteous, show up on time, work hard and even finished my roof 2 days early. I especially appreciate how they cleaned up afterwards and left my yard looking clean and tidy. Jeremie was always available when I had questions or concerns and promptly answered my texts. If you're looking for a dependable company to repair your roof, look no further than A Step Above. They are licensed, insured, bonded and they deliver excellence.
