The critical reviews
The one and two-star reviews, first. These are what a star average hides, and they are the reason this page exists.
We hold no one or two-star review text for A+ Roofer Canoga Park. That is not the same as there being none — it means our capture did not reach any. The rating breakdown above is Google’s own count and is the number to go on.

The roof was getting old and after getting the go-ahead from the building management, the roofing company’s staff was able to replace the roof in just three days, efficiently while also making sure that all the essential safeguards were taken. They communicated very well throughout the process and took care of a few concerns we had from when they worked on minor repairs last year.

The first business offered a surprisingly low price that sounded good, but their estimate was unclear and I was left feeling concerned. I decided to obtain a second opinion and this roofer took time to explain the materials and procedure well and then efficiently installed the flat roof in just over two days.

Their pricing was slightly higher than another quote I received, but they identified and fixed a few loose shingles in under an hour. The technician explained the potential cause and advised on how to prevent similar issues in the future.

After last year's similar incident, I was prepared for a long process, but they came quickly and had the roof patched in under an hour. The worker explained that the issue was due to old flashing, which wasn't mentioned before, so this visit felt more thorough.

Where this page comes from
Every figure above is Google’s, captured on 24 September 2026. The star average and the 7 ratings behind it are counted by Google across all of its reviews. The review text on this page is a sample — we hold 7, of which 7 have any text — and it is not everything Google shows.
Roof Warden does not verify licenses, bonds, insurance or workers’ compensation cover, and nothing on this page should be read as though we had. Confirm those directly with the contractor and with your state or provincial licensing body before you hire anyone.
There is not much data on A+ Roofer Canoga Park. A short record here means our capture found little — not that there is nothing to find, and not that the business is new or inactive.
