This company is terrible. They replaced my roof and did an absolutely awful job. I would not recommend them to my worst enemy. On top of that they were completly dishonest about price. They will hit you with hidden fees at the end that you didnt not agree to pay. Then threaten to sue you over it. Avoid them at all cost. My roof, eves and soffit look horrendous. It looks like an elementary child's science project.

We would like to address the statements made by Jeffrey regarding his roof project with us. For accuracy and transparency, it is important to note that throughout the entire process, we had no direct communication with Jeffrey. • From the initial contact on December 1, 2024, all communication, requests, and approvals came directly from Danielle. • Danielle was the one who requested fascia and soffit replacement, acknowledged that insurance would not cover those items, and agreed that she and Jeffrey would cover the balance out of pocket. • Danielle confirmed in writing that Jeffrey wanted to move forward, sign the contract, and even requested scheduling around personal events. • Danielle approved the revised contract, confirmed insurance payments, and was the only person in communication regarding project scheduling, payments, and warranty discussions. • Even when Danielle raised minor concerns about fascia and soffit work, we responded immediately and corrected the issues. She later sent us text messages sharing compliments from neighbors and stating how happy she was with the new roof. At no point did Jeffrey contact our office, respond to our communications, or provide direction during the project. All agreements, requests, and acknowledgments were handled directly with Danielle. It was only after the final invoice was issued specifically for the aluminum soffit that Danielle herself requested that Jeffrey’s name began being used in disputes over the remaining balance of $2,200 plus fees This balance was not a surprise; it was clearly explained and agreed upon during the estimating and contracting stage. To clarify: • Jeffrey never communicated with A.I.B. Roofing & Construction before, during, or after the roof installation. • The entire project was coordinated through Danielle. • The dispute arises solely from Danielle and Jeffrey’s decision not to pay the agreed upon out of pocket soffit balance. There’s no comparison they just don’t send anybody to your house and you don’t know what kind of job you’re going to get. This is a family business they put their heart and soul into it.

Couldn’t have asked for a better company or smoother process than what we experienced with AIB Roofing. Our project was on a serious time crunch and they went above and beyond to make sure everything was done and on time. I would recommend them 1000%!
