Lasted 2 years before the first significant leak. Tried calling both numbers I have for this company and both are disconnected

  Worst customer service ever!

You never finished the job, you finished the roof and left me without installing the solar system we agreed to. I had already claimed the tax exemption and you didn't return my calls or anything. I wouldn't recommend your company for anything, I have warned my friends about your lack of professionalism and commitment.

If you own property in a poor neighborhood they won’t return your calls. Hired them for a couple roofs. Won’t stand behind their work. Poor quality over all.

The work that was done was well done, but the clean up was awful. They left a whole string on nails for the nail gun, miscellaneous nails and staples everywhere in the back yard where my kids play. I told the owner and he said he would come by with a magnet to help clean up what was left, and he never showed. A blatant disregard for cleanup, after-job customer care, and care for the safety of my children. I understand there will be some mess with roofing, but nothing this much, and failing to clean up at all where my kids play isn't forgivable. Hire someone else who cares about their customers and safety measures.

I had to have a piece of siding on my house fixed because it fell out of place. I had to deal with Steve, the guy in charge of siding. He is so unprofessional! When I ask a question he laughs at me, he is condescending, rude and clearly doesn't like to deal with women! He tried to talk down to me like I don't understand and I'm stupid. If he can't learn to be polite and courteous and professional.. then people should take there business elsewhere!

We just had A-1 Roofing install a replacement roof and siding and gutters on our ranch home. They did an outstanding job. The quality of their work was great. Their attention to detail was top notch. I’d highly recommend them. Frank

A+ repaired my siding , their crew was fast and professional, their salesman Adam Rowe was knowledgeable, detailed and and kept in contact through out the process, checked on his crew, and the finished job. Martin Means Sr.

A-1 replaced our roof approximately 2 years ago and did an excellent job. This past spring while we were out of the country, we had a tornado go through and blew a tree onto our house. I called David from Germany and he was over the same day to check out our damages and then called me back. By the time we had returned home, David already had met with the insurance adjuster and repairs were made very quickly. Quite the service!!

A-1 provided an accurate estimate that fixed a problem from another less experienced contractor. Their knowledge of different and unique roof types helped fix the problem for the long term.

I hired A-1 to do a roof inspection on a house I was considering buying. I had already made an offer, but the inspection revealed some serious roof issues. I had a conversation with the person at A-1, and as a result of the inspection results, made a counter offer. At that point the seller decided to replace the roof and take the house off the market. So, while I didn't employ A-1 to do any work on the house, their advice and counsel saved me from making a potentially costly mistake. I would definitely consider them for any work on the home I ended up buying!

Our project coordinator, Albania G, was fantastic in drafting the proposal, coordinating with the insurance company, and following through with adjustments that were needed after the old roof was torn off. The roofing crew was incredible. They worked relentlessly to complete the job quickly and there was zero mess in the yard when done.

A-1 showed up when they said they would, and did a fantastic job, right down to cleaning up every scrap of debris. I highly recommend them.

A-1 replaced two windows in my garage. They were reasonably priced and the work they did was excellent. One of my sons came outside and was asking questions, the installer was very patient in answering his questions and was extremely courteous. Definitely recommend them.

We had a rubber roof on our church building and found out that we didn't have to replace it. Firestone gave us a 20 yr warranty on our roof and A-1 Roofing was a pleasure to work with. They meet all our expectations and more. Thankful we had them for a contractor!!
