  The guy came for estimate is very nice and polite… came exactly on time but after inspection they sent me an email that my roof will cost me $15,600… so don’t believe these low prices… don’t waste your time.. it’s a fake advertisement.

  They talk nicely to get you in but Very poor services after you start to work with them....... I had to cancel their roof shingle replacement service for some reasons, 1. They raised their pricing for no reason. We agreed on all of the terms / conditions but they apologize for not being able to hold their promise. It wasted my two weeks of time. 2. They have my window estimate but never send me or my insurance company. Not sure why they are not sending it. What they would want to do with my window estimates? 3. They are not answering my phone calls, text messages or emails about window estimates.

  My original review was accurate on the first roof I needed them to do. At this point in time, the first house still needs siding and gutters completed and Chris and his crew have done nothing to complete this section of the project. In addition, Chris and his crew have dropped the ball big time on the other house I have an insurance claim on. He told me around the beginning of August that he would come out personally and do an inspection on the roof and submit what was needed for the insurance company. I talked to my adjuster on August 28th and they have not heard from Chris since July 19th nor have received any of his paperwork/pictures, which Chris said he would submit after the inspection. He didn't even contact me to tell me what he found out about the roof and my issue is is that house has leaks in the roof, so every time it rains, the tenants get water in the house, therefore causing more damage. Now his only focus in contacting me seems to be getting the additional $3,000 promised from the insurance company. I will be finding a new roofing company to complete the jobs on both of the houses. First review: I can't say enough good things about Chris and his crew. They were responsive, on time and professional. The best part is they made it so easy for us because they dealt directly with the insurance company taking a tremendous load off our plates. The quality of their work was outstanding and the value was spot on. One would be foolish to look for a different company for their exterior repair/replacement needs.

  I was calling the retain services on behalf of a friend and was treated very rudely. When I asked how the man was, he replied, "I am very busy, what do you want? " and once I started talking he hung up without even letting me speak. I am appalled by the unprofessional behavior I was provided, and will not be retaining services here.

  Im a maintenance man for several apartment complexs around the denver area and I called to see if I could get someone to come out and give me a quote for roof/siding damaged caused by a storm. The man who answered the phone was very rude and mumbled a few words then said “we don't do siding” and then hung up on me. Not professional at all and I will never be using.

  If I could give 0 stars to this company, I would. We had called for an estimate on a roof issue. Their "salesman" shows up on a motorbike, no tools or ladder. Quotes us $200 for a patch job that he stated would hold us until we needed to replace the roof. He then left as he had other jobs to go to. When I called to book the service, they not only said that the quote wasn't valid, they tried to claim that the quote was only good for that day of service when the salesman came to the house! Extremely unprofessional, mismanaged company, and very disappointed with the run-around and miscommunication.

  Paid 599 for what was estimated by an owner as a very easy minor roof leak fix on 1/26/20. In a week I called the owner again advising that after the snow the same leak continues, another roofer came back and promised this time it was fixed. Another snow/rain = another leak appeared from the same spot, since then, spoke and texted the owner multiple times, and received multiple promises that he ll send someone to fix it. For the last month I keep taking time off work to get this fixed, but no one showed up the last 3 times in a row!!! (last one being 2/26/20)... so this is my experience with this company...

  Good quality, but bad estimating and does not follow the contract. I was charged an extra $1,000 for fascia replacement even though my contract said "new fascia where needed" was included.

  Chris and Brian were awesome to work with on a pretty complex job (new roof, gutters and legacy solar panels to be removed, repaired and reinstalled). Their communication was awesome and they did quality work. Highly recommend!

  Chris and Omar were both fantastic. I had several companies come by to help me identify a tricky leak and they were the only ones to identify and highlight a number of other issues with the roof that needed addressing before causing more problems in the future. They were also super quick, and easy to communicate with. Overall, I'm very happy I found them.

  A great job by the entire staff. Omar came out for the estimate and showed me exactly where the leaks were. Came out with the crew 2 days later and got the job done in one morning. It poured a couple days later and no leaks!! Again….Great Job!!!
