  I am looking to install a metal roof on a family property I own. When I received a call back from my online quote request I was quickly shut down because I am renting the house to someone, and to quote the scheduler "we don't do quotes for rentals because you won't want to spend the money on it". Very disappointed that my business was turned away due to assumptions that all landlords want the cheapest option possible. Will happily take my business elsewhere - now - and when the time comes to do my personal home.

After listening to the conversation, I understand why you were offended, and you were right to call us out on it. You contacted a metal roofing company because you were interested in putting a metal roof on a property you own. It was not our place to assume what you would or would not be willing to invest in that property simply because it is a rental. We specialize in premium, permanent roofing systems, and part of our job is to explain the options, the costs, and the differences so that you can decide whether they make sense for you.   We got our roof done in July of 2024 by 4Ever Metal Roofing. First impressions were great, they came out and gave a competitive quote. It became clear quickly that communication is not their strong suit. the crew showed up to do the job and then promptly left, they When the job finally was completed they were supposed to have their drone fly over and take a video so we could confirm we were happy with their work but it was too windy that day. They assured they would come back to do so but never have. They were also supposed to replace the fascia board, but that never got done. I've messaged them more than a handful of times, usually with a response about how they aren't trying to avoid me and they will get to me soon, but it has now been 2 months, and they have stopped responding at all to my messages. I really don't like leaving negative reviews, but I feel like Ive given them plenty of opportunity to make it right.

  Workers came and fixed the issue with our roof they did a great job. But, we were told they were coming out to quote us for a new roof because of storm damage and never heard from the company again.

  Every call that comes into our company gets recorded and every website form that gets filled out gets automatically entered into our system through automations. We NEVER get accused of unprofessionalism, and we are having a hard time even locating any call recordings of us stating what you claim we have. so this review is frustrating.   I’m very disappointed in some of the workmanship they did for me. A small section of wood siding in the back of the house looks terrible after they removed it to put flashing behind it. I was told I had an unrealistic expectation of how it would look when they were done. They broke a patio light and an outlet cover, scratched the top of my generator and left my driveway a mess. When I first called to complain a representative with poor customer service skills talked to me and the call ended quickly.The owner called back with a half hearted attempt at a resolution.

  John, we have installed thousands of metal roofs and we did the absolute best with the current construction of your home. The gentleman who first called hung up bc you were screaming at him when he attempted to explain how the sidewall needs to be installed behind decades old cedar siding. Nonetheless, when I called to speak with you I offered to replace the siding, the landscaping light, and anything left out of order, to which you refused to let us do. You even mentioned to me that for the money you paid (which was fair) that you expected perfection. Construction requires demolition and yes, it is completely unreasonable to expect there to be zero issues each time. It’s an impossibility. We strive for perfection but what’s important is that we have an opportunity to make things right. You gave us no such opportunity. Instead you would rather give us a slanderous review and try to harm our business. How can an offer to fix anything that you show us was damaged a half hearted response? We had no shot at pleasing you. Your roof looks AMAZING!

  As a man who physically designed and built this home with his own two hands, I'm very particular about who I hire to do the repairs in my later years. This is the first company of three that I've hired since I became disabled and unable to do the repairs myself and this is the only company I would ever hire again to work on my roof and or anything that they offer. They were courteous. They were very professional. They were here on time. They finished the project in a really reasonable time frame. They replaced all eight sky windows. All the gutters, gutter guards and the roof due to severe storm damage They cleaned up very very well before they left. And I am more than happy to say that this is the best roof I could have ever dreamed of having put on. These people are awesome! Thank you!

  4Ever Roofing did a phenomenal job on my roof they worked The week of 6/29/26 through 7/3/26 the hottest week we’ve had this summer (heat index week) working with metal I would recommend them 100% l’m satisfied with the whole job and the guys that did the work

  Travis came out and was extremely knowledgeable, taking the time to clearly explain what to look for after hail damage. He was thorough, professional, and genuinely seemed to care about making sure everything was done right. It was refreshing to see someone who puts in that level of effort and attention to detail. I wouldn’t hesitate to hire this company if you’re considering a metal roof!!

  Travis from 4Ever Metal roofing was very professional and his crew were experts in their craft. My roof was damaged in a wind storm and we knew it was time for a new roof. Travis sent one of his techs out to inspect and shore up my patch job just to give me peace of mind. They were quick to start the job and very quick completing the work. Our roof looks great and I would recommend 4Ever roofing to anyone looking to upgrade to a metal roof.

  Travis was excellent at informing us of our options and what would best suit us given the current condition of our home and roof. He encouraged us to get second opinions and didn't use any high pressure sales tactics. After getting other quotes from 3 other local companies (two of which tried to make us sign on the spot for "huge discounts"), we ultimately went with 4Ever Metal Roofing. The upfront pricing, affordable payment plan, and the customer oriented mentality from Travis made us feel confident in our decision with such a large purchase. His team worked quickly and professionally for the installation. The roof turned out amazing and we couldn't be happier with the outcome.
