  3 Point recently replaced our fascia capping which came off in a storm along with some shingle repairs. They did timely and quality work while providing clear communication throughout. I highly recommend them for any roofing or siding projects or repairs.

  Service was excellent! On a rainy Tuesday night, I noticed water leaking through the ceiling of the top floor of my house. I called that night, and Wade came out the very next day. He identified the source of the leak and repaired it by 2pm before any more damage could be done. Highly recommend 3-point for any roofing concerns!!

  Wade and Ryan were out a couple of months ago to re-hang a section of my sagging gutter. They installed better hangers than the builder-grade spikes, and I've had no issues since.

  3 Point did a full roof replacement for us, and they did an amazing job. Wade and Ryan were really pleasant to work with -- they communicated each step of the way, documented things as the project moved forward, and followed up on any questions or concerns we had. The work itself was done quickly but with attention to detail and without cutting any corners. The price was very fair, we were able to add gutter replacement and two skylights for the same total price as we were quoted elsewhere for just the roof replacement. Highly, highly recommend 3 Point!
