The owner Jeffrey is by far the worst contractor I’ve ever dealt with. Terrible communication, incomplete work and rude. Very surprised to see the positive reviews.

Came during storm, which was good, but they still have not returned to finish job. Charged an astronomical amount just to put up a tarp

Used 3KINGS because of the positive reviews to get my leaking gutters repaired. All was well originally. Responsive and friendly. 6 months after the repairs, the gutter corners started to leak. I reached out immediately as they said they would warranty their work for 1 year. Only got responses when I told them I was going to change my original 5 star review. Kept making excuses for not coming to fix their poor quality work. WOULD NOT RECCOMEND due to quality of repairs and poor customer service and communication post repairs.

3 Kings Roofing did very poor quality work on our deck (see photos). They came back and said they would fix their sloppy work, and to give them 2 months. This was back in May 2021- it is now August and they have not reached out nor answered our calls. Do not recommend.

My roof was a big project - lots of slopes going in funny directions and very old cedar shingles to tear off. 3 kings did an amazing job. I especially appreciated how clean they left the site every day. Communication was clear throughout. I couldn’t be happier!

My experience with 3 Kings Roofing was very positive. Jeffrey gave a careful breakdown of all the individual materials and job steps in the quote. The crew showed up on time and worked steadily and efficiently throughout the day. They did a nice job with a new garage roof and new gable end boards. It looks great.

Jeffrey and his team are professional, knowledgeable and highly responsible. He responded to all of my questions and concerns with a timely manner. Our roof was perfectly replaced by Three Kings and he did one step further to take care of the fences of my yard. Friendly people who are easily to talk to. Great local family business that I feel great with and will continue to support them in the future. Highly recommend!

Jeffery was great to deal with. You can see the pride in workmanship from him and his crew. They always left the property clean and free of any debris at the end of each day. Very hardworking, they put in long days with very few breaks and made sure that the job is being done right, no short cuts…. Thanks for the great job guys!

We used 3 Kings to find a leak from our bathroom to the living room below. We decided to convert the tub to a shower at the same time. They found and fixed the leak and did the conversion. Our bathroom looks brand new. The guys were great and I would highly recommend them.

3 Kings Roofing, quoted a fair price for an older home with a steep roof pitch, they did quality work in the expected time period and invoiced the work as quoted. I would recommend 3 Kings Roofing and I definitely would use them again.

3 Kings recently replaced our roof on our 100 year old home. Previously shake roof was replaced with duroid shingles. They did a fantastic job. Extremely punctual, efficient, professional and very fair pricing and completed on time. They have followed up to ensure everything was completed to our satisfaction. We could not be happier and would highly recommend them for any roofing job that is planned.

The team at 3 King's were so very helpful at a time when it was needed most. Leaky roof on a rainy day, they arrived quickly, assessed and tarped to get it under control, returning a couple weeks later to properly repair and asses the rest of the roof. Great team, highly recommended. Thank you!

Jeff and the guys at 3 Kings are absolutely amazing. They do what they say they are going to do, or better, when they say they are going to do it, or sooner. Easy to work with and good workmanship. Will have them back for all of our renovation work!
