Be careful. Scheduled initial appointment; company contacted to reschedule- acted like they had no idea how initial appointment had been scheduled. Waited a week for next appointment- morning of - called to say they were not coming because of weather. Forecast is not dramatic and I have other contractors coming for estimates. If people are not reliable at the estimation phase you have to wonder.

At first I thought, oh my gosh this company is amazing. They stayed in touch, was very helpful then nothing after Dylan came out to take the final pictures to send to the insurance. He knew the tough time I was having with responsiveness from the insurance company then he does the EXACT same thing. The lack of professionalism and common courtesy honestly is disheartening.

They came out seem really nice said they would email an estimate I've waited over a week tried getting in touch with them and no response if you didn't want or need the job next time just say so

We were stood up three times for an estimate. Poor communication. Don't waste your time like they wasted mine.

Not sure why I was given this from you??? I visited your house multiple times, meeting with the adjuster. I put you in contact with Servpro to help you with your mold issues. I sent a estimate to your insurance for the repairs that needed to fix the roof. The insurance turned your claim down, because you let the problem go to long without addressing it. I’m sorry for your troubles and I personally and professionally did all I can do. We are a very reputable company, this was not our fault.

Patched my roof in September 2018. Started having a leak problem March this year. Called on April 2 was told he’d send someone out that day or next day no one ever showed up!! I have a 2 year warranty on this. I had to get another roofer out to fix my problem. My husband is a disabled Veteran so he wanted me to request our money back so I did and Bryan has ignored our request. I also wanted to say he was very rude to me when I called on April 2 he proceeded to tell me after they came out I was never to call him again and that that whole side needed replaced. We were doing what we could afford! He has disrespected my disabled Veteran husband by not refunded our money or trying to fix it as leak was coming from his patch work.

I’m sorry you feel that way. The first visit we came to inspect your roof, you had several issues going on. We advised to replace the roof, that repairs would be only temporary. You instructed us only to repair because of your budget. It … More

Highly recommended! After contacting Bryan he was quick to come out and inspect our roof. We received an estimate the next day and got the work scheduled shortly after. Since we weren’t using our insurance everything was super quick and efficient. It was maybe a week from time of inspection to work completed. The guys installing the roof were thorough and made sure they left everything nice and neat. We are VERY happy with our new roof!

Bryan was great! He quickly came out to inspect our roof (showed up when he said he would), and sent us a bid within 24 hours. His pricing beat the other bids we had received. He promptly got us scheduled and his crew showed up bright and early and got to work! Everything was cleaned up and we were left with a beautiful new roof. They did a great job. I will be recommending Bryan and 2nd2none to anyone who needs a roof.

Work was prompt and professional. Price was notably cheaper than the competition, but I feel I got the same or better level of quality. There was a minor mix up with the drip edge but they made it right at no cost to me. I would trust Bryan and his team to take care of any roofing needs.
