  Danny Wimberly made the entire process of getting a new roof easy. His knowledge and attention to detail surpassed my expectations as well as keeping me informed of schedules. When the job was complete and bought off by the city inspector he personally stopped by and checked the work for quality and craftsmanship. I will highly recommend this company’s work based upon his dedication and support

  Jarrod came out to do the inspection today. He was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable! And gave us better news than we expected about our roof! Definitely recommend to friends!

  If ever there were a white glove roof replacement service, 1st Priority Roofing is it! Cannot over-describe how easy and painless it was to get our new roof. From the initial inspection to the project clean-up, the owner, Jarrod, was hands-on and professional. He walked us through everything, including getting on the phone with our insurance company to submit the claim, getting in the roof with the insurance inspector to make sure they spotted every bit of damage, being on site with his crew, and doing final clean-up sweeps. Install was two days, whole process took about three weeks (only because our insurance company was behind on inspection scheduling). Great communication and professionalism throughout- and the roof looks great. Thanks so much!!

  This our second roofing job done by 1st Priority. Storms in area made materials and crews hard to come by. Our rep, Noah Perez, kept us updated every step of the way. He guided us through insurance process. Good job, good clean up. Thank you!

  Our experince with 1st Priority was excellent. Danny was our initial conact and he worked closely and professionally with us throughout the installation and follow up. He is a knowledgeable and excellent ambassador for 1st Priority. He answered every question quickly and professionally. Our new roof, gutters and gutter guards were installed in two days. We have a failry large and steep roof and the crews did an excellent job installing the roof and gutters. Carlos, Juan and Jonathan were all excellent workers who took pride in their work.   Had good experience with 1st Priority. Danny took care of the insurance claim and arranged the roof/gutter replacement. Good crews did the work despite the weather problems and did an excellent job of cleaning up after themselves. Would definitely recommend them.

  I recently had my roof and gutters replaced by 1st Priority, and they did an excellent job. I was especially impressed with Robert, the GM. He walked me through the entire claim process and communicated with me each step of the way. I would highly recommend this company!

  1st Priority puts their customers first, just like the name says, the CUSTOMERS are their 1st priority. Excellent customer service and easy to talk to. Good for you if you are lucky enough to get Danny Wimberly as your rep! He epitomizes the term customer service. I have nothing but good things to say about my experience with this company. If you want it done right, give them a call!!

  Josh assisted us with working with our insurance for the work done. He communicated to us directly and answered all our questions promptly. It was nice having someone that was there for us. Once approved; his crew showed up in a timely manner and performed quality work.
